 LOKI:  Not a great pic, but TBT loved the shadow of my tail on the wall.

Personally, I was just wandering around and he needed some pictures...  He thinks the flash bounced off the floor.   I say it was just "cat magic".

TBT loves the way my toesies all line up in a row.  And tail curled...

 LORI:  This isnt the puffiest my tail gets sometimes, but it is the puffiest TBT got with the flashy.

Sometimes, it gets like a real long pine cone!  We gotta get a better picture of that.

Mancat Monday

LAZ:  I love sunpuddles.  Well, they are warm of course, but they do innerestin things to me furs.  Fer Marley, they just brighten his.  Fer Ayla, sometimes ya can actally see her face good.  Makes little difference on Lori as she is still mostly all white (but TBT says that will change).  

As I said, I love Lori.  Shes playful and I NEEDED that.  But she is a bit re-lentless.  She love battin my tail.  A fella needs SOME calm time, ya know?

But I can ignore my tail.  It seems ta have a mind of its own annyway.  Allus movin around...

So I let Lori an my talio fight it out while I nap in the sunpuddle.

BTW, I like Winter in one way; the sunpuddles reach further into the house...

 

Womancat Wensday

AYLA:  I often sit alone in the bedroom.  I'm comfortable there.  Sometimes I play with my tail.  But sometimes I come out.  And I found a different tail to play with!

It moved around really good!

I considered how it moved...

And caught it many times!

Marley was tolerant...  Hes a good brofur...

MARLEY:  I'll take a turn this week!    I often nap on my tummy, but sometimes I relax in the right direction.

I see what Iza means about the tail wanting ta get involved.

But this time I have all 4 paws AND the tail involved!

IZA:  OK, THIS time I appreciate my tail getting involved.  Cuz one of my feet wouldn't!

It did a pretty good job.  TBT says "it made a 4th for Bridge."  

I have no idea what that means, but I know better than to ask, because he will explain stuff like that for a long times.  And I have NO IDEA what he is talking about. 

But Im happy on his lap, so who cares!

Friday Flashback

IZA:  I decided on a flashback for today.  This one is from this date, 2009.  I hadnt been here a whole year yet, and was still fitting in...

I sure went all floofy lately!  I got reasons...  Ayla is in heat an that is confoosin me, cuz she doesnt play all normal.  An LC has started whappin back when I pounce her.

So I been learnin how ta floof my tail properly.

 

I know, I know, I gotta short little tail.  But I keep it high cuz Im a proud happy kitty...   That counts, right?

Saturday Caturday

MARLEY:  RTS!  When ya have it, ya know it.  An the Beins do to.  There is no hiding it.  Restless Tail Syndrome just wont be denied!

Yer on the Beins lap, all comfy...

Then the tail starts movin.  All on its own...

A slight movement at first...

Back and forth gently...

 Just a little twitch.

And then it starts...

 The tense...

Then the whip builds up.  Ya can't help it...

Ya WANT ta control it.

 But the tail-brain takes over...

 And WHAM, there it goes...

 Curling...

 Straightening...

Curling all around...  I mean, it even hits ME in the face!

And ya LOOK at it saying "*I* didnt ask ya ta do that"!

Cuz the tail has a brain part of its own down there.   Its the same thing that causes "elevator butt" I guess.  Probly "Wiggle-Butt" too where ya are ready ta pounce a mousie and yer tail alerts it that ya are there, ya KNOW?

Well, mebbe it a good thing ta have 2 brains...  I mean, sometimes my head one isnt all that smart. 

Freaky Friday

TBT:  Sometimes, I don't realize just how long Ayla's tail is.  Usually, it's curled around her when she sits or twitching all around when she walks (one of her nicknames is "Miss Whippytail").  So when I happened to get a picture of her as part of a series of shots, I got a good look at the length.

It's longer than the rest of her.  Maybe she was intended to be a bigger cat and only got the tail sized right, LOL!  I should mention that only in the past couple of years has she "bulked up" to 7 pounds.

IZA:  I LOVE my tail.  Its not long like Ayla's  an it doesn't curl like hers.

 But its MINE!

And never a more bootyful tail there was.  

Ya know?  Its mine an I wouldnt trade it fer anyone else's.  Well, mebbe Spitty's.  That would be cool.  Heh-heh.
