TBT: This is an unusual cabinet. Odds&Ends. The paper bags are for softening unripe grocery stone fruits. The knife block is for the Ginsu knives (which were actually quite good, but I bought better later). The pale wood handle is a paring knife Mom used but tossed into a box to help me equip my 1st apartment so many years ago. It is utterly unsharpenable, but I keep it as a treasured memory of my teen days when we cooked together.
