Twofur Tuesday

TBT:   If I tend to post lots of pictures of The Ls napping together, there are two good reasons.  First (and most practical), that's when I can usually get a picture of them.  Outside, they are usually sniffing around for mice or in deep cover.  Inside, when not napping or eating, they are running around together (and my camera is very unsophisticated).

Second, while I have had pairs of cats who got along very well (Skeeter and LC come to mind), I have never had two who were as close as Laz and Lori.  It constantly amazes me.  In fact, when I see them apart, I worry slightly (it does happen).  But then shortly afterwards they are both back together.

Actually, I suppose there is a third reason their closeness fascinates me.   I have never once seen the process by which they snuggle up together.  Does Laz settle down and Lori joins him later?  Does Lori settle down and Laz joins her later?  Or do they both just mutually decide to snuggle at the same time?

And I have to admit that Lori isn't permanently by Laz's side.  She often joins me at night either on the covers against me or under against me and sometimes stays there for hours.  Laz did that "BL" (Before Lori), but hasn't for many months.
