Binq's Birfday

BINQ:   I am 3 today.  Or maybe 4, we're not sure.  But TBT found this date in my Shelter records, so at least we know it is my birfday!

So I am havin a pawty.  There will be toys, boxes, Nip, food and drinks.

Please feel free to arrive annytime.  One of us are sure to be up!  This is my first birfday here, so we wanna make it a good one...

Celebrations!

TBT:  Laz's Birthday is today Oct 25th.  Lori's Gotcha Day is Oct 29th.  Since those are such close dates, I discussed "parties" with them.  Holding 2 big parties in 4 days would be a bit exhausting.  And, since they are so personally close, they decided they should celebrate both in the day in between.

So wish Laz a 5th birthday on the 25th and Lori her 1st Gotcha day on the 29th.  But the party will be between on the 27th this year and here on out (if I remember this next year).

LAZ:  Today is my 5th birfday.  I dint really have the first few (being ignored scared and hurt all the time), but I have learned about them here.  Its great!  I get special treats, Nip, and special attention from TBT and the other Mews.  It makes me feel special.  I am still getting used to being safe (some memories fade hard) but every year is better.

Sometimes, I am surprised I made it to 5.  In the old home, I probably wouldn't have.  But TBT says I might see 15 now.  And "here" I can imagine it.

Lori is so wonderful to me, Marley is friendly, and sometimes I can even walk past Ayla without a hiss from her.  So here, on my 5th birfday, I am so very happy to have been "Gottched" here.

And looking forward ta a pawty in 2 days!  Treats, friends, games...

Thankful Thursday

LORI:   I was in a nice house as a young kitten.  No complaints at all.  But I am thankful to be here now.  Laz is my BFF.  Marley is friendly all the time (of course).  I am OK with Ayla, but she and Laz have "issues" so she is hard to approach.

I love TBT!  I follow him around (when not nappin with Laz).  He always has a treat in his pocket, but I would follow him around anyway.  He tosses springs (my favorite toy) and lately, he has been getting me interested in rattley mousies.  The sound of them is really innerestin.

But I love The Lap best...

We sleep together, too.  I like "unner the covers".  He doesn't like that I hold onto him with my claws slightly out and I am trying to get better about that.

Momma and the Lady I started with told me I was going to live with a good Bein someday, and so far, they are right.  Laz tells me things can be bad at some homes (like for him his first few years) but thinks we are both in a good place now for our whole lives.

I am thankful for this home.  I am thankful for TBT.  I am thankful for Marley.  I am very thankful for Laz.  TBT tells me he hasn't seen such closeness since Skeeter and LC and they are legends here from long ago.

And, BTW, it is Ayla's 15th birthday tomorrow.  We will be throwing a party for her.  I don't really know what that involves, but TBT, Marley, and Laz say I will be surprised at it all.

Easy Like Sunday -The Day After The Party

IZA:  My thanks to all who attended my Birfday Party.  It was so wunnerful ta see each and one of you here to enjoy the foods and games and stuff.

We would do more today, but we are all exhaustified an are gonna just sleep all day...  Well, we WILL get up ta eat briefly and do our business, but you know what we mean.

It cant get "Easy Like Sunday" more than THAT!

Added, Oh great, we were getting comments through 100% for 3 weeks and all of a sudden, ZIP, NADA...  And just after TBT did a computer scan.  We think that also happened before the last problem.  There may be something the scan "fixes" that is causing this...

Does anyone elsse have that same thought?

IZA: Its my first birfday taday April 6 an The Big Thing says efry kitty in the world can come ta visit an play an eat yummy stuff! I is SO ecited!

LC an Ayla tell me it should be a lotta fun hafin a birfday an visitors. But they say I gotta do it right an arrange foods an games an stuff (they say they will help). I been thinkin of the foods first...

The Big Thing says he will efen put foods up on the table as a special event so we can eat up there (today only).

TBT will even leaf the deck door open (in the daytime) so we can all go out in the VERY SAFE FENCED backyard annytime we want. There are mousies out there... I havent caught one yet, but LC says she will help and that many kitties are good at catchin them an can help teach me! I wanna learn SO BAD!


There will be many clean litterboxes (TBT says he will keep them clean all day) and of course there is the great outdoors...



Oh this is gonna be such a GREAT day! I hope ya all can come visit and cellybrate...

MARLEY:  Wow, Im 8 years old today.  I can hardly belief it has been that many years.

But I'm tired and think it is too early ta start a party at midnight.  I'm gonna have a good night sleep and we'll start a party in the afternoon.

AYLA - It is my 11th Birfday, and time fer a pawty.  But it is also Fathers Day, and even if TBT says we are all just housemates, we think of him as "Dad".

IZA: I wanna thank everykitty who came to my 10th Birfday Pawty!  It was one of the best ever, and I'll never have a 10th Birfday like that again.

We Are Having A Good Day

ALYA:   I had a great time inside today.  Marley and Iza were entirely nice.  They even pushed me a few kibbles.  They said it was about their mutual birthday coming up April 8 and they wanted me to be nice to them them.  Well, I AM the Big Cat In The Room, so makes sense.  A fair exchange...

They share the same birfdays and that is allus cool.  It makes for a great pawty!  Come one come all.  

It will be a special day for both of them, so we hope you will attend the party.  I'm only mentioning it a week early cuz they bribed me with kibbles so it wouldn't look like that they were doing it themselves...

Well, they didnt say I couldn't mention that part., LOL!  BTB will be managing the party.  All are invited...

Mancat Monday

MARLEY:  Hey, thanks to all who helped make my Gotcha Day pawty a good one.  We had lots of visitors and lots of fun!

So today, Im taking it easy and resting.

And besides, its raining pretty hard an TBT says it is likely to stay like that until tomorrow sometime...  Yuck!
