BINQ:   I watched TV.  There were kitties!

And some were like none I had ever seen before.

Sometimes the camera doesnt show the TV very well.  TBT thinks it was trying to focus on me, and I can be tricky for it.

But he doesnt catch me watchin the TV often, so we will use them.

Ayla was watching weird stuff on TV.

Marley visited the VET.

And did his best to hide.

Later Marley and Iza had fun with the ESS.

And Iza enjoyed The Lap.

TAZ:   I love sitting in front of the TV.  It makes me feel famous.

Mebbe not though.  I mean, neither TBT nor I know who this guy is...

Usally, I sit up so I can make TBT try ta see around me.  Thats allus a fun game...  But I dint have a good pic doing that this time.

Fireworks

IZA:  We are having a nice Easy Sunday here today.  TBT surprised us with treats for Breakfast!  The deck has been comfy (cloudy so it isnt hot).  The US Womens Soccer Team won the World Cup for the 4th time in a row. 

But we wanted to show the 4th Of July fireworks from here at Washington DC (we think of Washington as "local") before it got too old...

They are pretty.

We dont mind the noise of these because we dont feel the pressure and vibrations.

And they arent like camera flashies.

It was quite a finale!

And then the smoke drifted slowly away afterwards...

However, a neighbor sets off fireworks on the 3rd, 4th, AND 5th and THAT bothers us.  We can feel those!  Marley immediately goes UTB at the first one and stays there for an hour after they end, because he is never sure when "the last one" is.  Ayla leaves after a few and curls up ON the bed in the dark bedroom where she feels safe enough.

I usually sit on TBTs lap (which feels safe enough), but this time I went and laid down unner the open dishwasher door.  That allus seems like a safe spot.  Dad says they are illegal here but one of those laws the Police Beins wont enforce cuz there is just too much of it going on.

But the TV pictures are inneresting and I can see the TV from unner the dishwasher door.  And I can see the food bowls from there, too.  Thats impawtant!

Tuesday TV

AYLA:  I watched DINOSAURS on the TV today!

 I dint realize they were so BIG until I saw a Bein standing next to one!

 So I watched a smaller one.

And I noticed one's head was no bigger than mine.  They are confoosing!

But then there were bigger ones.

So I watched them carefully in case one came around HERE!

I dont want to be around THAT foot.  TBTs are big enough and I am careful around HIM.

And Im not sure iffen I like to see birdies that big either.  

But I sat there and watched.  Im brave...

Monday Mews

AYLA:  Yeah, I know that it is usually Mancat Monday, but Marley has been avoiding the camera lately, so I agreed ta help out.  I can pose in my sleep (as you can tell from my eyes in this picture).  Princesses ARE highly trained at that stuff.  But TBT is NOT so highly trained.  He is SUPPOSED ta tell me when to look alert and regal!

And BTW, I was posing in front of the TV.  OUR kitchen does NOT have pink lights!

TV Tuesday

Its Birdie TV Time...  So for all you kitties who (sadly) dont get that channel,  and even those who get their own but want ta see more, here are some of ours!

The Goldfinches are enjoying the thistle seed.  They eat a lot of that stuff.  (TBT buys it by the 50# bag!  Its WAY cheaper that way and he divides it into gallon jugs and refrigerates them).

The Woodpeckers and small birds love the suet.

The Cardinals focus on the sunflower seed.

More Goldfinches...

And there is a 2nd thistle feeder - no waiting!

They are allus coming and going!  Can you spot the 2nd flying birdie?

Freaky Friday

IZA:  The TV has weird pictures on it sometimes.  I don't pay much attention.

 As long as I am in front of it, TBT has to be seeing ME.

And THAT is all that matters to ME!

IZA:  Is there no limit to the insults TBT does?

I am NOT a remote control cushion!  On the other paw, I AM comfy on his lap.  Let's call it a tie...

And yeah, we are up late...

We're Back

MARLEY:  Hurray, TBT has the computer werking better than it was even a few weeks ago when the programs werked but every thing was slow (which was before the programs stopped werking entirely). 

Im not sure what he did.  Meaning Im not sure he actally did much himself but rather got lucky running some check-up software and fiddling with some settings.  He says he will write about that on his own blog.  Probly.

We're just glad everything seems ta be werking again so we can be back.

Speaking of "back", we have "back" pictures today. OUR backs, MOL!

Caturday Saturday

MARLEY:  We were having a nice night on  and around TBT.  Iza was at the TV, I was on the ottoman.  Ayla was on a nearby towel.

I wasnt actally napping, just sitting and thnking.  I do that sometimes.  I asked Iza once if she does that and she just looked at me weerd.

So I shifted around trying ta get some ZZZZs, but the TV noise was disturbing.  Lots of sudden loud sounds.  TBT lives in a noisy world...

Iza wasnt bothered.  She could nap through a Vishus Deer attack!

But then TBT watched the end of some monster movie.  We dont like those.  You can see even Iza leaving the room.  And there was even a CAT involved!  The woman is holding it.  We all went to the bedroom.

We knew it was late and TBT would be joining us soon.  And he did.  And we all slept fer 12 hours...
