I Didn't Say It

President Biden, on his opponent:

“He calls those who oppose him ‘vermin.’ He talks about the blood of America as being poisoned, echoing the same exact language used in Nazi Germany. He posts the words that describe his 2024 campaign: revenge, power, and dictatorship. There’s no confusion about who he is.”

Think about the last time a candidate for president of this country quoted Hitler in speeches.

Think about it.

Sean Hannity, Fox “News,” after repeatedly praising Thing 45 for every stock market record, now dismisses stock prices as inconsequential for most Americans since a Democrat is in office:

“Now, stocks did hit an all-time high. What did we learn last week? Is that the stock market impacts 8% of Americans. It does not impact the other 92%. It’s one of the main reasons I’ve never used it as any kind of real barometer in terms of the health of our economy.”

The S&P 500 hit a record high this week, further reflecting a booming economy after some pundits had worried that it would fall into a recession.

Hannity is an effing blatant bold-faced liar.

Charlize Theron, guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race, speaking to the queens in the workroom:

“I just wanted to say, given the climate in our country right now, there is a lot of energy being put toward your community not existing. I truly believe that all of that is coming from a place of fear. The beauty of who you guys are, what your community brings to all of us and the truth of who you are and represent will come out. Don’t give up. I have two small children, and I want them to grow up in a world where they know what it means to accept what’s not you, what is different and love that, to not be scared of that, and to embrace it, and that’s my job as a mom. They were born who they are and exactly where in the world both of them get to find themselves as they grow up, and who they want to be, is not for me to decide. My job as a parent is to celebrate them and to love them and to make sure that they have everything they need in order to be what they want to be. I feel like we’re living in a day and age where our words can so easily be weaponized against us. I worry about us, as people, and what we can do to each other, and how powerful it is when you love and how powerful it is when you hate. One destroys and one builds.”

Good on her; a longtime supporter of LGBTQ+ causes, Theron revealed in 2019 that her eldest child, Jackson, is a transgender girl.

Michael Elizabeth Pence, rejecting the batshittery of Thing 45, top Republicans, and the cultists:

“I’ve seen the director of the FBI repeatedly assure the American people that the FBI were not the instigators of the riot that occurred on January 6. And frankly I’m very grateful for the efforts of the FBI to bring nearly a thousand people to justice who ransacked our Capitol and did violence against police officers that day. I believe everyone that conducted that riot at the Capitol needs to be held to the fullest extent of the law. I’m pleased that many have.”

I still hold Mike Pence accountable for goose-stepping along with a criminal and for the months and months after January 6 when he kept his mouth shut to protect Thing 45 and the GOP.

Wilson Cruz, actor and gay man, speaking at a congressional roundtable to discuss the GOSAFE Act, a bill to prevent gun violence:

“I am a nephew and a family member devastated by gun violence. My aunt, Brenda Marquez McCool, was murdered at the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting while she placed her body between the shooter and her son, who survived. I’m also here as a citizen who’s exhausted. This bill calls for a ban on weapons that were literally created in order to end human life, to destroy human bodies. If we claim to be a society that values life, the very least we can do is pass this bill and save more human lives by removing these instruments of terror.”

The GOSAFE Act, introduced by Democrat Senator Martin Heinrich of New Mexico would restrict access to certain semi-automatic firearms, large-capacity magazines, and machine gun conversion devices that make guns deadlier; it would force would-be mass shooters to reload their guns more frequently—giving people time to flee and law enforcement time to arrive on the scene—while also maintaining law enforcement access to regulated firearms.

Simple, right?

Snarky Thoughts ... But First, Ian

Before we get to the Snarky Thoughts, we made through Ian quite nicely. Our weather turned cold which not only created less rain than expected—though we did get just under 4 inches on Friday—but also helped deflate the winds, so, for us, it was just a long day of steady rain and cool temperatures … and red wine, for me.

Now, onto the Snark:

Filed Under: Who Cares … Except the Kardastrophes. Apparently, after years of telling Khloé  she was, ahem, “too fat” for their brand, the Kardastrophe Koven is now said to be worried that Khloé  is too thin.

My Thought: Their real concern is that her new thin body makes the rest of them look fat.

It was just last month that Jennifer Flavin filed to divorce Sylvester Stallone after 25 years of marriage, and it was a few days later when Sly actually covered up his tattoo of her face with a tattoo of his beloved late dog, and now we learn that the two are back together.

My Thought: is he gonna re-tattoo Jennifer’s face on the dog?

photo

While talking to Harper’s Bazaar about all sorts of things, Oscar-winner Charlize Theron talked about fame and said that even after twenty-five years in the business she still hasn’t reached the same level of fame that Kim Kardashian has, which is a fact she has finally learned to accept.

My Thought: Does Charlize really wanna be famous cuz her mother sold a sex tape? Cuz she has an enormous ass? Cuz she was married for 72 days? Talent, Charlize, wins out. People will forget Kimmy for everything other than her ass … and by ass I meant her caboose and her ex-husband.

photo

Filed Under: News I Never Wanted To Know … before her fan forgets, Kardastrophe Pimp, That Woman, decided to remind them that she has a tramp stamp  featuring a cross and daughters Kendall and Kylie’s names on either side of it. No reason why she didn’t bother with her other children’s names.

My Thought: I would have assumed she had one that said, “Servants Enter From The Rear.”

PS I could say words and words and words about that muffin top but I won’t … this time.

photo

I’ll leave you with some fun … 76-year-old pop icon, LGBTQ+-ally, and Grand Diva, Cher, made a surprise cameo during Paris Fashion Week 2022 by closing the Balmain runway show in a skintight marbled black bodysuit with bold shoulders, matching leggings, and a pair of black platform boots as her 1998 hit “Strong Enough” played in the background.

My Thought: all those wannabes out there who strut and fret their hour upon the stage? Not one of you will ever stop a runway show cold, while the crowd roars, when you’re seventy-six.

I Ain't One To Gossip But ...

Redmond O’Neal, the son of Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett, has been in jail awaiting trial for attempted murder, among other charges, since last May.

It all began when Redmond ALLEGEDLY tried to rob a Venice Beach 7/11 with a knife, ALLEGEDLY punched a man in the head who tried to speak to him, ALLEGEDLY stabbed someone in the face at the Venice boardwalk, and ALLEGEDLY attacked another man with a bottle.

The ALLEGED victim of that last assault is Ken Fox, and he claims that the attack was a hate crime and so he’s suing Redmond for $100 million in damages.

Note to Ken: if Redmond is trying to rob a 7/11, he probably doesn’t have 100 pennies to pay you.

Nothing alleged about that but here’s the story … Ken was walking down the street when Redmond passed and said:
“What are you looking at, f****t?”
Before he could respond, Fox says O’Neal hit him in the head with a bottle and broke his nose. Fox fell to the ground and O’Neal began punching him as he hurled more expletives.

Shortly after that attack, Fox filed a lawsuit seeking damages “in excess of $25,000” but now he claims to have suffered $200,000 in medical expenses and will incur medical costs in the future totaling $1 million. He says he’s lost $200,000 in earnings and claims he will suffer a loss of future earnings totaling $5,000,000.

Still, not $100 million, but Fox tacked on another million for attorneys’ fees, $50,000,000 for “civil penalties” and then another $20 million in punitive damages.

From a guy who doesn’t have a penny to his name.
Madonna’s got an album, Madame X, to push, so she’s out there working the streets like a two-dollar whore trying to steal the spotlight from the hordes from female singers already on the stroll.

Facing down Swifty, Ariana, Beyoncé and even, yes, Paula Abdul, Madge spoke to British Vogue to declare that she has no role models that are breathing because “no one does what I do”.

Sing, badly; dance okay, curse like a sailor, and refuse to grow up?

Madonna says it’s “scary” being who she is because she’s a true original … ::: cough ::: … Cher …::: cough ::: … and being 60 and still in the game … ::: cough ::: … Cher …::: cough ::: …:
“There are no living role models for me. Because nobody does what I do. ‘I can look back at women who I think were great and amazing – freedom fighters, like Simone de Beauvoir or Angela Davis – but they didn’t have kids.”
Wait, so she’s Angela Davis with kids?

Dear god, someone get this woman to a therapist because she’s fully delusional now.

Oh, and one last thing … Cher.
Hollywood never seems to know what to do with women in their forties. I mean, they’re no longer the sexy twenty-something, or the hot mom in her thirties. What to do, what to do.

Well, in the case of 43-year-old Charlize Theron, it’s to offer her to role of Wonder Woman’s mom, even though Wonder Woman is played by 34-year-old Gal Gadot.

Charlize was on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live when a caller asked her if it was true that she was offered the role of Wonder Woman:
“[No.] I did not turn the role of Wonder Woman down. … So, somebody had said to me, ‘Oh, there’s action on this thing, Wonder Woman, we just want to make you aware of it.’ And I was like, ‘I’m just not familiar with it, what does Wonder Woman do?’ And this person said, ‘No, it’s for Wonder Woman’s mom.’”
Meaning Charlize gave birth to Gal when she was nine?

Understand this: Robert Downey Jr was offered the role of Iron Man when he was 44 years old, but Charlize at 43 can only be Wonder Woman’s mother?

The role eventually went to Connie Nielsen who is 53 … almost twenty years older than Gal.
It wasn’t but a hot minute ago that we learned that Wendy Williams was divorcing her cheating husband Kevin Hunter and that he was begging for forgiveness and the chance to come home. Things change quickly because now Kevin is not coming home, he’s coming for Wendy’s coins.

Kevin Hunter has apparently found out that babies and mistresses are expensive, so he’s demanding Wendy pay him child support—for their almost 19-year-old son—and spousal support.

Oh, and he says Wendy should foot the bill for their son’s college expenses.

Looks like Kevin Hunter just wants to impregnate women and have someone else take care of everyone for him.

How in the world did it take so long or Wendy to dump the deadbeat?
Well, someone in Hollywood is putting their money where their mouth is … or taking their money and walking away?

Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television is leaving CBS’ legal drama Bull in the wake of the sexual harassment allegations against star Michael Weatherly. Spielberg, Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey served as executive producers on Bull for its first three seasons and will no longer do so. .

Bull, a solid ratings performer for CBS, was recently renewed for a fourth season, even after becoming the center of controversy over sexual harassment allegations against Weatherly by then-co-star Eliza Dushku, which resulted in a $9.5 settlement with the actress by CBS.

Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw have been major supporters of the Time’s Up movement from the start, and after meeting with Dushku,  Spielberg no longer wanted to be associated with the series.

Dushku detailed her allegations in a Boston Globe op-ed, including what she described as the toxic atmosphere on the show, as well as lewd comments Weatherly ALLEGEDLY made toward that led her to filing a formal complaint after which she was fired. Weatherly denied having been part of Dushku’s firing but admitted that he engaged in behavior that was “both not funny and not appropriate,” saying he was “sorry” and that he regretted the pain he had caused the actress.

Meaning he’s a pig, and because of his piggish ways, Spielberg is out.

Big mistake, Weatherly, huge.

I Didn't Say It ...

Charlize Theron, announcing that her oldest child, Jackson, assigned male at birth, is transgender.

“Yes, I thought she was a boy, too, until she looked at me when she was three years old and said, ‘I am not a boy!' So there you go! I have two beautiful daughters who, just like any parent, I want to protect and I want to see thrive. They were born who they are and exactly where in the world both of them get to find themselves as they grow up, and who they want to be, is not for me to decide. My job as a parent is to celebrate them and to love them and to make sure that they have everything they need in order to be what they want to be. And I will do everything in my power for my kids to have that right and to be protected within that.”

That’s parenting.
Pete Buttigieg, presidential hopeful, on Michael Elizabeth Pence response to the South Bend mayor’s criticism of the vice president’s use of religion to attack LGBTQ people:

“The Vice President is entitled to his religious beliefs. My problem is when those religious beliefs are used as an excuse to harm other people. That was a huge issue for us in Indiana when he advanced a discriminatory bill in 2015 under the guise of religious freedom, that said it was lawful to discriminate, provided you invoked religion as your excuse. I just believe that’s wrong. This isn’t about him as a human being. This is about policies that hurt people, policies that hurt children. To this day, he has not brought himself to say that it shouldn’t be legal to discriminate against people in this country because they’re LGBT. In most parts of this country you can still be fired, denied housing, denied service because of who you are. He seems to be okay with that. I would love to see him evolve on that issue. … My quarrel with the vice president is over that.”

And yet Michael Elizabeth and Mother keep spinning it as an attack on their faith.
Richard Grenell, the gay conservative U.S. Ambassador to Germany, comparing Pete Buttigieg to Jussie Smollett, and saying Mayor Pete’s statements about Mike Pence’s anti-gay actions as governor are false:

“Mayor Pete has been pushing this hate hoax, along the lines of Jussie Smollett, for a very long time now, several weeks. And I find it really ironic that Mayor Pete stayed silent about the so-called hate hoax on him and others during 2015, 2016, 2017 when Mike Pence was governor. There was total silence. It’s ironic that right about now when he’s starting his fundraising apparatus to run for president that he comes up with this idea and this attack One of the things that really bothers me about this attack is that Mike Pence is a friend of mine. Mike and Karen are great people, they’re godly people, they’re followers of Christ. They don’t have hate in their heart for anyone. They know my partner. They have accepted us. Now you ask me do we agree philosophically on every single issue? No ... I don’t agree with my partner on everything. The gay community used to be the community pushing tolerance and diversity. We were the ones that were saying everyone should be able to love and accept each other. Now suddenly there’s a whole community of people demanding that we all think alike. I think it’s outrageous. When Mayor Pete came out the vice president complimented him and said he holds him in high regard. The vice president or then governor has said nothing but positive things about Mayor Pete. I think this is a total hate hoax and I think it’s outrageous.”

The last thing we need is some gay man trying to spin Michael Elizabeth and Mother Pence as “great people” when everyone, everyone, knows that Pence has done damage, or tried to damage, the LGBTQ community, often using his  ALLEGED  faith as a reason.
Running for Congress in 2000, Pence was in favor of sending money allocated to care for people with HIV/AIDS to organizations that provide conversion therapy; Pence ran a think-tank that published virulently anti-gay articles; Pence refused to protect LGBT Hoosiers from discrimination; Pence legalized anti-LGBT discrimination in Indiana; Pence supported a ban on gay marriage, and condemned the ‘mainstreaming of homosexuality in the military’ after DADT was repealed.
So, Dick Grennell, I call you that because you are a dick, the Pence’s are not good people; they use their faith as a weapon and for you as a gay man to stand idly by and do and say nothing is disgusting,
Fuck off.
Pete Buttigieg, presidential hopeful, on CNNs Town Hall this week, responding to Grenell:

“I’m not a master fisherman, but I know bait when I see it and I’m not going to take it.”

Bam! Don’t suffer the fools, Pete!
John Oliver, on _____ and the Mueller Report:

F**ked. He said I’m f**ked. And while we obviously don’t know whether _____ will face any repercussions from this report, I’d just like to live a little longer in the moment of him saying, ‘This is the end of my presidency. I’m f**ked.’ I’d like to take some artistic license to fully paint that scene for you. _____, upon learning Robert Mueller was appointed, slumping back in his chair. Meanwhile, Ivanka is playing fetch with Don Jr., Eric’s tongue is stuck to a somehow frozen flagpole. Reince Priebus is walking around with his head inside a honeypot. Jared is standing motionless directly in front of a blank wall. Steve Bannon is stress-eating a bowl of used syringes. And Stephen Miller is gleefully pulling the legs off a spider. While _____ says those beautiful words as tears run down his cheeks, ‘this is the end of my presidency. I’m f**ked.’ And right at that very moment, a pigeon flies into the room and sh*ts in his mouth. It is a masterpiece.”

It’s like Oliver was there!
Rex Tillerson, former secretary of state, saying he frequently had to push back on requests from_____ because they violated the law:

“So often, the president would say here’s what I want to do and here’s how I want to do it and I would have to say to him: ‘Mr President, I understand what you want to do but you can’t do it that way. It violates the law,’ I’d say here’s what we can do. We can go back to Congress and get this law changed. And if that’s what you want to do, there’s nothing wrong with that. I told him I’m ready to go up there and fight the fight, if that’s what you want to do.”

Tillerson was removed from his position in March and replaced by Mike Pompeo who recently said God wants _____ to be president.
Will Rossi and Rob Masia gay couple photographed at Coachella last week with disgraced former Congressman Aaron Schock, distancing themselves from him:

“[We] wanted to take a photo with our friends at Coachella, to celebrate our last day there. Being polite, we allowed Aaron—who was basically a stranger to us and someone we just met—to include himself in our photo. We would not have allowed Aaron to join the photo, nor would we have associated with him if we had more knowledge of his beliefs and past actions. For our own political ignorance, we are deeply sorry. We hope Aaron does decide to come out publicly and live the gay life he so freely enjoyed at Coachella, the kind of life so many out and proud LGBTQ individuals have fought for and have made possible for younger gays like [us] to live today. And we hope if or when Aaron does decide to come out and own his actions, he apologizes and makes amends with the LGBTQ community, because he certainly owes us one.”

Hmmm, I’m kinda suspicious, because surely someone, anyone, within earshot of this couple would have said something about Aaron’s self-loathing actions against the LGBTQ community.
I think it’s all very, Oops we got caught with the homophobic closeted hot guy, let’s cover our tracks.
I’m a cynic like that.

It's Snarkurday!

I’ve never heard of Willa Ford, but apparently she’s aiming for a comeback of sorts.

Willa’s first—and only—single was the bad girl anthem I Wanna Be Bad; it was released in May 2001 and became a kind of a hit. It was followed by the release of her first album Willa Was Here and a second single, Did Ya’ Understand That.

Unfortunately, Did Ya’ was released on September 11, 2001 and now, sixteen years later, Willa’s still complaining:
“Everything that happened that day froze; the world stood still, as it should have. My second single didn’t do well because anything that launched that day kind of got canned.”
So, she’s blaming the bad reception on 9/11? Seriously? Thousands died that day, lives were changed forever, and she’s complaining because her single didn’t hit?

Except ... Did Ya’ Understand That was actually released on December 4, 2001, long after 9/11, so maybe Willa’s just trying to strike up some sympathy for a career that went nowhere sixteen years ago and she thought blaming it on 9/11 was the right way to go.

Honey? Sit down. You’re not needed here.
Now, from the Delusional-I-Think-Every-Woman-Wants-Me file comes rap producer Rick Ross who, when asked why he’s never signed a lady rapper to his label, said this:
“You know, I never did it because I always thought, like, I would end up fucking a female rapper and fucking the business up. I’m so focused on my business. I just, I gotta be honest with you. You know, she looking good. I’m spending so much money on her photo shoots. I gotta fuck a couple times.”
Okay, again, look at him. Women would be unable to resist his charms?

Take a seat, Rick, I’ll call you when I stop laughing.
Who decides what movies to make, because, apparently, there is going to be a live-action Barbie movie; and it was set to star Amy Schumer—as Foul-Mouthed Barbie?—until she split, and now Anne “Oscar Winner” Hathaway will be the doll.

I can see Hathaway’s Oscar campaign for this one ... a pink convertible, a plastic house, a gender neutral date.

And lots of plastic, which would be a perfect fit for Anne Hathaway.

So, that
was Ben Affleck’s face in that new trailer for Justice League; hopefully everyone saw it, because it appears that after Affleck fulfills his contractual duty to be Batman in Justice League and Justice League Pt. 2 he’ll never don the cape again.

And the world heaved a sigh of relief.

The upcoming standalone Batman movie, The Batman, was originally supposed to be written, directed, and starring Ben until he stepped away from directing, until his script was tossed in the trash can, until the studio realized that Affleck’s Batman is the worst thing ever.

A source—and it might just be Christian Bale, furious that Affleck has ruined the character—says that Warner Bros. is quietly making plans to “gracefully” get rid of Affleck.

Gracefully? Howsabout just killing him off? Well, not Affleck, I mean.
Teenage girls around the world have gone into mourning this week when it was announced that Justin Bieber was cancelling the remaining 15 dates of his Purpose world tour.

And, depending on who you listen to, the reasons range Justin wanted to doo it for The Baby Jeebus to Justin and “unforeseen circumstances” to, and this one seems most likely, that Justin is “just over it.”

I mean, the little twerp has never exactly cared about his fans so why wouldn’t he just end the tour because something shiny caught his eye and he wants to follow that?
A couple of years ago, I posted about the time that TV “star” Tia Mowry ran into movie star Charlize Theron at Soul Cycle and was given the grand snub. And so Tia Mowry ran to InTouch magazine to whine that Theron refused to even say ‘Hello’ to her and how devastating that was and now, apparently things have slowed down in Charlize’s life, because now, three years later, she’s clapping back ...

While doing press for Atomic Blonde, Charlize appeared on Watch What Happens Live and Andy Cohen used the game, Plead The Fifth, to ask about Tia’s remarks ...
“[Charlize] wasn’t very nice to me. I said, ‘Hi,’ and she actually rolled her eyes and said, ‘Oh, my God.’ I wasn’t over-the-top. I know how to approach another celebrity. Charlize was just mean. I’m just being honest.”
When Andy brought this up, Charlize “jokingly” said, “What a bitch!” before dismissing it because it showed up in InTouch. But Andy, because he’s a gossipy queen like yours truly, reminded Theron that Tia herself gave the magazine the exclusive, which Andy mentioned, leading Charlize to talk about it:
“I’m really nice at SoulCycle, actually, because once my endorphins kick in I’m actually almost too friendly. I’m always touching people, like, ‘Hey!'”
Like, “Hey, TV actress? Bugger off! I’m a star!”?
From the This Is Such A Trainwreck file comes word of a new film starring Gina Gershon, Whoopi Goldberg and Charlie Sheen.

Here’s the film: total strangers, trapped in a high-rise elevator, must work together to survive before the cable snaps! And why does the cable snap?

Oh, it’s because ... wait for it ... it’s vile ... a plane just hit the North Tower.

Yup, it’s a 9/11 film ... called 9/11. Seriously. But hey, Gershon, Goldberg and Sheen?

Set your clocks for Oscar next year because I see a slew of awards for this one!
I have always blamed Usher for giving us Justin Bieber, and now it appears maybe Usher will be made to pay for it ... in a roundabout sort of way.

Usher, is being sued for $10 million for ALLEGEDLY exposing a sex partner to herpes.  And he’s known about it for years because, again, ALLEGEDLY, Usher had to pay off a former lay in 2012 for giving her herpes.

In court documents concerning that case, doctors reportedly confirmed that Usher had it and shared, and now a different woman—referred to as “Jane Doe”—is suing “U.R. IV”—AKA Usher—for “negligence, battery and emotional distress” and seeking $10,000,000 in damages.

Now, you might think that ten million for herpes is a lot of Chlamydia, er, clams, the truth is that Jane Doe doesn’t claim to have contracted herpes, but after doing the deed with Usher’s STD peen and then finding out about the first case make her need a lot of coins to calm herself down.

Doe claims that she had sex with Usher on April 16 and that there was “heavy petting, some kissing, and she performed oral sex on him”—though he wore a condom. Two weeks later, they had a repeat performance only this time Usher was glove-less down there.

And then she read the reports that he has The Herpes and off to court she went because the mere idea that she had unprotected sex with him and he may have given her herpes, but didn’t, should equal ten million bucks.

Maybe Usher could ask Bieber for a loan?
So, Michael B. Jordan was at Comic Con over the weekend because he’s Killmonger in Black Panther, and was asked about being a sex symbol and he literally said:
“Who? Me?”
And the crowd was all, “Yes! You!” as Jordan tried to sidestep the talk:
“I’m just adjusting to this new air that I’m kind of breathing in, and it’s a balance. I’m trying to find a balance. I’m just trying to mature and develop as a man and as an actor, in front of the screen and behind, so it’s cool. I’m handling it OK. My family is keeping me grounded.”
Sweet. But here’s the deal ... Michael B. Jordan is a sex symbol.

Clearly ...
