Caitlyn Jenner, that self-loathing, lying, hypocritical, pandering trans woman, outraged that Biden proclaimed Easter Sunday as Transgender Day of Visibility:

“I am absolutely disgusted that Joe Biden has declared the most Holy of Holy days—a self-proclaimed devout Catholic—as Transgender Day of Visibility. The only thing you should be declaring on this day is ‘HE is Risen’.”

This idiot seems completely unaware that Transgender Day of Visibility always falls on March 31, while Easter’s date changes every single year. But why worry about speaking the truth when you’re a self-loathing, lying, hypocritical, pandering trans woman looking to make yourself appear relevant to MAGAts who already hate you.

“There’s no way I’ll vote for [him], but every day that [he] does something crazy, the door to voting for Biden opens a little bit more, and that’s where I’m at. Pete Buttigieg, Secretary of Transportation, on the Human Rights Campaign’s declaration of a national emergency in the U.S. for LGBTQ people:

“Our country is at a very real risk of backsliding on freedom and equality but that is exactly why we continue to push. There has been extraordinary work that’s been done just in this presidency, and if you zoom out to the progress that’s been made in the last 10 or 15 years, including the ability of somebody like me to be standing here doing this job, it’s extraordinary. And yet, now you see the attacks on the LGBTQ community, especially on the trans community and what they’re going through and I think it’s being done out of the perception that it is politically convenient to target vulnerable groups. And honestly, I think where it largely comes from is folks who don’t want to talk about why they were against the infrastructure loans, building roads and bridges. They don’t want to talk about why they were against $35 insulin … they don’t want to explain why they were for these radical positions that speak to what those people are worried about their everyday lives. So they’re focused on targeting some of the people who already do not have a very easy time going about everyday life. Think about how hard it is to be a teenager to begin with. But think about how hard it is to be a teenager when you realize that you are different, when you’re coming to terms with your gender identity or you’re coming to terms with realizing that you’re gay or lesbian. The last thing you need in your life are politicians trying to score political points by making things worse for you. We’re gonna stand together, whether it’s pride or just on any given day and say no, we’re going to expand, not withdraw, the freedoms and equalities we won in this country, and we’re going to build on them.”

Pete needs to be President of this country one day soon.

Let’s dish the lies: Boebert didn't miss the vote in protest because she was trying to get into Congress but was late—there’s video of her running up the stairs like a hooker whose John forgot to pay her, and being told the building was closed for the vote. There’s also evidence that she didn’t vote but had it added to the record that if she did vote it would have been a Nay vote.

Secondly, there was a House debate on the debt ceiling bill that lasted for nearly five hours.

Thirdly, there were 81 proposed amendments to the debt bill, 14 of which were introduced by or cosponsored by Boebert herself; I guess she’s either lying through her fake teeth or too stupid to remember what she said and did?

She’s a liar, and not a very good one; maybe if she’d graduated from high school, and not failed the GED three times before finally getting a passing score, she wouldn’t be such a fucking illiterate lying sack of gas.

Tim Scott, South Carolina’s GOP senator and candidate for the presidency … hold for laughter … on Sunny Hostin calling him the "exception" to systemic racism in America:

"One of the reasons why I’m on [The View] is because of the comments that were made frankly on this show that the only way for a young African-American kid to be successful in this country is to be the exception and not the rule. That’s a dangerous, offensive, disgusting message to send to our young people today that the only way to succeed is by being the exception. The fact of the matter is we’ve had an African-American president, African-American vice president, we’ve had two African Americans to be secretaries of the state. In my home city, the police chief is an African American who’s now running for mayor. The head of the highway patrol for South Carolina is an African American. In 1975, there was about 15% unemployment in the African-American community. For the first time in the country, it’s under 5%. Progress in America is measured in generations. My grandfather [was] born in 1921 in Salley, South Carolina, when he was on a sidewalk, a White person was coming, he had to step off and not make eye contact. That man believed then, with some doubt now, in the goodness of America, because he believed that faith in God, faith in himself, and faith in what the future could hold for his kids, would unleash opportunities in ways that you cannot imagine. So, what I’m suggesting is that the yesterday’s exception is today’s rule."

Just because we had a Black President, or a Black Vice President, or police chief or whatever, doesn’t mean there isn’t systemic racism in this country. All one need do is look at the shocking numbers of Black Americans killed by police, many for minor offenses; all one need do is see the percentage of Black people in America versus the percentage of Black people in prisons.

For Tim Scott to suggest that racism, systemic racism, isn’t a problem in America because he doesn’t have to get off the sidewalk to make way for the white person is pure ignorance.

Kevin McCarthy, House Speaker-For-Now, saying he stands behind George Santos because he’s just a liar, but might change his mind if Santos is proven a criminal:

“No. You know why I’m standing by him? Because his constituents voted for him. I do not have the power simply because if I disagree with somebody or what they have said that I remove them from elected office. If for some way when we go through Ethics that he has broken the law, then we will remove him, but it’s not my role. I believe in the rule of law. A person’s innocent until proven guilty.”

I was stunned that McCarthy wasn’t struck by lightning when he said he believes in the rule of law and innocent until proven guilty since he’s the same guy who never wanted to investigate Thing 45’s role on January 6.

His role in history has been written and it’s lying and complicit and traitorous and his own party is slowly turning against him; read on …

Victoria Spartz, Indiana GOP Representative, says she’ll oppose Speaker Kevin McCarthy's efforts to keep a handful of Democrats off key House committees:

“As I spoke against it on the House floor two years ago, I will not support this charade again. Speaker McCarthy needs to stop 'bread and circuses' in Congress and start governing for a change. Two wrongs do not make a right. Speaker Pelosi took unprecedented actions last Congress to remove Representatives Greene and Gosar from their committees without proper due process. Speaker McCarthy is taking unprecedented actions this Congress to deny some committee assignments to the Minority without proper due process again.”

Spartz's statement is in response to McCarthy's intention to remove Ilhan Omar from the House Foreign Affairs Committee and keep Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell off the House Intelligence Committee.

Given the GOP’s slim majority, every vote is important and now Nancy Mace, South Carolina’s GOP Representative, has said she would also vote against booting Democrats like Omar from committees.

Trouble is, Kevin is a butthurt bitch and seeks revenge.

Karine Jean-Pierre, White House Press Secretary, blasting GOP Governor Ron DeSantis for banning public schools from teaching AP African American history:

“It is incomprehensible to see that this is what this ban–or this block, to be more specific–that DeSantis has put forward. If you think about the study of Black Americans, that is what he wants to block and, again, these types of actions aren’t new, especially from what we’re seeing from Florida, sadly. Florida currently bans teachers from talking about who they are and who they love. As we’ve talked about many times here in this briefing room, they have banned more books in schools and libraries than almost every other state in the country. And let’s not forget, they didn’t block AP European History. They didn’t block our music history. They didn’t block our art history. But the state chooses to block a course that is meant for high-achieving high school students to learn about the history of arts and culture. And it is, you know, it is incomprehensible again, and I will just leave it there. Leave it there to make your own to make your own determination. of why this occurred and why this happened. Again, it is not our place to direct or to be involved in any local school curriculum. But this is concerning.”

I recently watched a documentary on the suspicious death of high school student Kendrick Johnson in 2013. One of the side stories was of Mary Tuner, who was lynched in Georgia in 1918 for the crime of speaking out about her husband being lynched the day before. After the white mob strung Mary Turner up by her feet, doused her with gasoline and oil then set on fire, her unborn child was cut from her abdomen and stomped to death. Her body was then repeatedly shot. No one was ever convicted of her lynching.

That’s American history; I hate it, but I need to know it so I can try to make sure it doesn’t happens again. That story doesn’t make me hate myself, or white people, it makes me hate the white people that did that to Mary Turner.

If Ron DeSantis doesn’t want that story told in American History classes he best be prepared for it to happen again.
