Kari Lake: Another GOP Hypocrite

Kari Lake is a former news journalist and Republican running for governor of Arizona, and like a great many Republicans she is concerned about a threat to America. No, not climate change, silly, she’s a Republican and they don’t believe that; and not the rise in Hate Crimes, you nut, because Republicans feed off Hate Crimes; and certainly not all these mass shootings because I would imagine Kari gets coins from the NRA.

No, the great evil in America according to the GOP and Kari Lake is … drag queens. And she has come out strong, saying it is positively indecent that children have seen drag performances like when drag queens read to kids:

“They kicked God out of schools and welcomed the Drag Queens. They took down our Flag and replaced it with a rainbow. They seek to disarm Americans and militarize our Enemies. Let’s bring back the basics: God, Guns & Glory.”

Oh, the horror! But, since every time a Republican makes an accusation, it’s actually a confession, let’s meet one of Kari Lake’s friends, who has known her for twenty something years.

Rick Stevens is a drag queen, who has performed in Arizona for the last 25 years as Barbra Seville at theaters, bars and parties around town … including parties held at Kari Lake’s home, one of which he says was attended by Lake’s then-elementary school-aged daughter:

“She’s friends with drag queens. She’s had her kid in front of a drag queen. I’ve done drag in her home for her friends and family. She’s not threatened by them. She would come to shows constantly. To make me be the bogeyman for political gain it was just too much.”

Rick met Kari twenty years ago when she and her Fox10 co-workers started coming to the 307 Lounge, a Phoenix gay bar that hosted drag shows featuring Barbra Seville, Ms. Ebony, Pussy Le Hoot and Celia Putty, among others:

“They (Lake and her co-workers) would come down to the 307 Lounge which was about a mile or two from the station and they would hang out. She would come to the show pretty regularly. I wouldn’t say every week but it wasn’t uncommon."

He says Lake then sought him out for news stories on LGBTQ topics, and even invited him to her home to perform as Marilyn Monroe at her birthday party, and later to do a drag routine at a 2015 baby shower for a fellow news anchor. He remembers seeing Lake’s young daughter at one of the performances because she wore glasses and he sympathized, having hated wearing them when he was a child.

So, let’s get this queer: Kari Lake hung out at drag bars, befriended a drag queen, and hired said drag queen to perform at her birthday and another event, where her daughter was in attendance, but suddenly Kari Lake thinks drag queens are the worst thing that can happen in America?

Kari Lake’s team is hitting back, trying to spin Rick Stevens’ story as a lie:

“Richard’s accusations were full of lies. The event in question was a party at someone else’s house, and the performer was there as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator. It wasn’t a drag show, and the issue we’re talking about isn’t adults attending drag shows, either. The issue is activists sexualizing young children, and that’s got to stop.”

Or maybe she’s just pandering and lying to the conservatives to win an election. Either way, we also know one other thing about Kari Lake:

Kari Lake has done drag.

That’s Kari Lake, dressed as Elvis, a man; now, spin that as Halloween or a costume party but how is Kari Lake dressed as Elvis Presley any more different than Rick Stevens dressed as Marilyn Monroe.

It isn’t different, but it’s a hate-filled lie that people like Kari Lake will perpetuate just to win an election.

Pot.Kettle.MarcoRubio

Oh, Florida, how dumb can you be? I mean, you elected Marco Rubio as your Senator once and he, to be fair, did a terrible job. Then he up and told you he wasn’t even going to finish the job to which you elected him, and the job where you pay his salary, because he wanted to be president and he would never, ever go back to the Senate again.

So he stopped working for you, and ran for president and failed miserably at that job, too. And then he came crawling back home and suddenly realized he might become an unemployed has-been so he asked you to re-elect him to the Senate—the job he stopped doing, the job he said he no longer wanted, the job he stopped showing up for—and you voted him in again.

How.Dumb.Are.You? Don’t bother, it’s a rhetorical question and, actually, not at all the subject of this blog post. Nope, this is about the death of Fidel Castro, tyrant, dictator, human rights violator, and despot. And, yes, to be clear, a family man; father, brother, cousin, uncle ...

When Castro passed away over the weekend at the age of 90, President Barack Obama said:
“At this time of Fidel Castro’s passing, we extend a hand of friendship to the Cuban people. We know that this moment fills Cubans – in Cuba and in the United States – with powerful emotions, recalling the countless ways in which Fidel Castro altered the course of individual lives, families, and of the Cuban nation. History will record and judge the enormous impact of this singular figure on the people and world around him…”
There was no praise for Castro, just condolences to the family who lost someone they loved. But that wasn’t enough for Rubio, who then took to the media to call the President’s comments “pathetic”:
“Barack Obama is the president of the most powerful country in the world. And what I called pathetic is not mentioning whatsoever in that statement the reality that there are thousands upon thousands of people who suffered brutally under the Castro regime. He executed people. He jailed people for 20 to 30 years. The Florida Straits, there are thousands of people who lost their lives fleeing his dictatorship. And not to acknowledge any of that in the statement, I felt was pathetic, absolutely.”
But should we have expected more for lying, pandering, can’t get elected, can’t do his job, Marco Rubio? See, because after Castro’s death Marco Rubio ran to the media to talk about Fidel Castro’s history of oppressing gays.

Huh; oppressing gays? Who else has done that? Oh, wait ...Marco Rubio.
Marco Rubio who voted against the Employment Non-Discrimination Act [ENDA] which would have protected LGBT Americans from being fired from their jobs based solely on their sexual orientation.
Marco Rubio supported the Defense of Marriage Act [DOMA] and was steadfastly against marriage equality even after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of it.
Marco Rubio has raised money for the Arizona Center For Public Policy, which advocates for "ex-gay" torture among other anti-gay positions.
Marco Rubio allowed his voice to be used in robocalls for the National Organization for Marriage [NOM].
Marco Rubio has vowed to do whatever he can to undo the Supreme Court’s Obergefell ruling which made marriage legal in the United States for same-sex couples.
Marco Rubio was a sponsor of the First Amendment Defense Act [FADA], which would legalize anti-LGBT discrimination nationwide.
Marco Rubio threatened to withdraw his own immigration reform bill if it were be applied to same-sex couples.
Marco Rubio declared that gay adoption is a “social experiment” that “shouldn’t be forced on children.”
So when Marco Rubio stands up and denounced Fidel Castro for being anti-LGBT—and to be clear, in 2010, Fidel Castro told the press that he took the blame for the “great injustices” suffered by his nation’s gay community—when he himself has been at the forefront in this country of many of the same vile ideas, he is nothing but a pandering lying asshat of epic proportions.

And please, let us not forget how Marco Rubio blatantly lied about his own family’s history with Fidel Castro, claiming that they fled Cuba after the revolution when in fact they were living comfortably in Miami years before Castro seized power.

Florida. This is what you elected to office ... again. A pandering asshat who knocks down Castro when, apparently, he and Castro share many of the same ideas—even if there is evidence that Castro had evolved on LGBT issues. A lying pandering asshat who can’t even tell the truth about how, and when, he arrived in America.

Marco Rubio. F**k off.

President Obama Is All Outta F**ks

Earlier this year I posted a quote by President Barack Obama about the GOP frontrunner for president and said it has become clear that, now in the last few months of his eight years in office, the President has no f**ks left to give.

And on Sunday, during a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee fundraiser in California, President Obama continued that trend by going after a particularly pathetic GOP congressman.

See, this election season, California’s GOP Congressman, Darrell Issa is having a tough go of it against the Democratic challenger, retired Marine Col. Doug Applegate, and so he mailed out a new campaign flyer in which he boasts about Obama signing the Survivors’ Bill of Rights bill which he co-sponsored

Well, Obama called out Issa — a man who once called the president corrupt and is one of the chief obstructionists in Congress, blocking and subverting much of the legislation the President and Democratic members of congress have tried to push through — for those hypocritical mailers. He pointed out what he called Issa’s duplicity, calling the mailers “shameless” and saying it was the “definition of chutzpah.”

Seriously. After eight years of doing all he could to block moves by Obama this GOP hack is now trolling for votes by saying he’s a bipartisan candidate. Siddown, liar.

Obama then added that Issa’s “primary contribution to the United States Congress has been to obstruct and to waste taxpayer dollar on trumped-up investigations that have led nowhere” and said the congressman was “not somebody who’s serious about working on problems.”

And with Obama’s approval ratings rising each and every day, and his completely out of f**ks attitude, people like Darrell Issa should tread very softly.

Or plan on finding a new job come November 9th.

Ivanka the Rump Panders and Lies Like the Rest of That Klan

So, we’ve discussed the lunacy of The Rump; and we’ve seen the stupidity of Little Eric the Rump, who desperately wanted to be first born so he’d get Daddy’s name and a top spot in the will. And we’ve heard from Little Donny the Rump Jr., who hasn’t met a truthful phrase yet.

Now, let’s turn our attention to the one Rump that I used to hold in a higher regard than the rest of that Klan, Ivanka. I say “used to” because Ivanka is drinking the Rump Kool-Aid through a beer bong now and is just as misguided and full of crap as the men in her family.

Ivanka has come out as the architect of Daddy’s plan for child care and maternity leave, and she is trying to paint him the more pro-woman candidate. Oh, and because she’s a Rump, and a liar, Ivanka lied about Hillary Clinton’s long history of fighting for family medical leave, maternity leave and more, saying Daddy’s plan is “the first to address this in a comprehensive way.”

Um, look behind you Ivanka because your pants, the ones from your clothing line you produce in China, are on fire because Hillary Clinton released her comprehensive child-care and family-medical leave plan over a year ago.

This is the man who has called women all sorts of vile names and even once suggested he’d date his own daughter because she’s so hot, but this isn’t all about that. It’s about how, in the days following the shooting at Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Donald the Rump called himself the greatest LGBT ally there ever was, and then proceeded to talk about stripping away our progress in being treated equally in this country. And his child care plan is more of the same.

The Rump’s family leave plan makes no mention of paid paternity leave for same-sex male couples; sorry gay dads, you don’t matter. But Ivanka the Rump doesn’t want to talk about that; she wants to lie and try to shift focus away from the topic by making it seem as if the plan benefits same-sex couples:
“This is a giant leap from where we are today, which is sadly, nothing. Both sides of the aisle have been unable to agree on this issue, so I think this takes huge advancement and obviously, for same-sex couples as well, there’s tremendous benefit here to enabling the mother to recover after childbirth. It’s critical for the health of the mother. It’s critical for bonding with the child, and that was a top focus of this plan. So it’s meant to benefit, whether it’s in same-sex marriages as well, to benefit the mother who has given birth to the child if they have legal married status under the tax code.”
But a reporter for Cosmopolitan wasn’t having it and asked why her plan excludes family leave for gay couples, “where both partners are men” and Ivanka does what The Rumps do, she sidesteps:
“The policy is fleshed out online, so you can go see all the elements of it. But the original intention of the plan is to help mothers in recovery in the immediate aftermath of childbirth.”
The reporter was not playing:
“So I just want to be clear that, for same-sex adoption, where the two parents are both men, they would not be receiving special leave for that because they don’t need to recover or anything?”
And Ivanka laughed:
“Well, those are your words, not mine. Those are your words. The plan, right now, is focusing on mothers, whether they be in same-sex marriages or not.”
Not same-sex male couples.

And that’s when the interview got kinda nasty, from Ivanka, because the reporter began repeating some of the things her lying, flip-flopping, pandering, asshat of  a father has said in the past …
Cosmopolitan: In 2004, Donald Trump said that pregnancy is an inconvenient thing for a business. It’s surprising to see this policy from him today. Can you talk a little bit about those comments, and perhaps what has changed?
Ivanka: “So I think that you have a lot of negativity in these questions, and I think my father has put forth a very comprehensive and really revolutionary plan to deal with a lot of issues. So I don’t know how useful it is to spend too much time with you on this if you’re going to make a comment like that.”
Don’t be mean to Daddy because he can’t take it.
Ivanka: “My father obviously has a track record of decades of employing women at every level of his company, and supporting women, and supporting them in their professional capacity, and enabling them to thrive outside of the office and within. To imply otherwise is an unfair characterization of his track record and his support of professional women. So the policies at our company reflect that, and the diversity of our workforce, from a gender perspective, and in all perspectives, reflects that. So my father has been a great advocate for the women in the workforce, and that’s part of why he recognized that reform is so necessary.”
Cosmopolitan: I would like to say that I’m sorry the questions — you’re finding them negative, but it is relevant that a presidential candidate made those comments, so I’m just following up.
Ivanka: “Well, you said he made those comments. I don’t know that he said those comments.”
Like Daddy, she calls the person asking the questions a liar.
Cosmopolitan: This is quoted from an NBC [interview] from 2004. I definitely did not make that up. I do want to talk to you a little bit beyond the plan, as well—
Ivanka: I think what I was — there’s plenty of time for you to editorialize around this, but I think he put forth a really incredible plan that has pushed the boundaries of what anyone else is talking about. On child care specifically, there are no proposals on the table. He really took ownership of this issue, and I really applaud him for doing that. I hope that, regardless of what your political viewpoint is, this should be celebrated.
Cosmopolitan: I want to talk about how this will be paid for. I know that Donald Trump wants to have an increase in defense spending, also is promising tax cuts, [wants to raise] infrastructure spending, and wants to build a wall [at the Mexican border]. How will this plan be paid for?
Ivanka: Well, he’s going to unveil his total tax-reform plan on Thursday, and this is a component of that, so it will be included in his overall budget and economic vision. So it is accounted for, it is paid for under this plan, and it is budget-neutral. In terms of the paid leave component, that’s self-financing through reforms in existing unemployment insurance. So the child care component of the plan, and the dependent care component of the plan, will be presented as part of the larger tax reform that he’s going to be presenting on Thursday in a speech here in New York. And the paid leave component is self-financing through the reforms I just mentioned. I’m going to jump off, I have to run. I apologize.”
And, like Daddy, when the heat is on, she flees … and then took to Twitter to whine about the treatment she received, you know, about talking about her father’s plans and then being asked about it.

She chastised Cosmopolitan with this Tweet to them:
“Your readers do & should care about issues impacting women & children. Keep the focus where it belongs—advocating change.”
She thinks no one has cared about women until a lying billionaire and his lying children came along.

Sit down, Ivanka; you’re part of the problem.

Ted Cruz Voted Against A Bill Condemning [t]Rump's Muslim Ban

Last week, after Donald [t]Rump came out with his Muslims Acre My Friend’s stance to bar any of his friends from entering this country because … terrorists, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee today voted on a resolution that seemed like something we should have already known:
"It is the sense of the Senate that the United States must not bar individuals from entering into the United States based on their religion, as such action would be contrary to the fundamental principles on which this Nation was founded."
And, while [t]Rump and some of his more, um, how do I put this politely, stupid followers, believe his stance to be fair and accurate and American, most people in this country, Democrat and Republican, find it disgusting and divisive and hate-filled.

Well, except for Ted Cruz. He voted ‘No.’

Senator Cruz's immigration advisor, the apparently really racist, bigoted, intolerant, and anti-Muslim, Senator Jefferson Beauregard Sessions—the name alone kinda says it all—called the resolution "radical."

Radical. To make the stand that we will not use religion as a means to deny people entry into this country is radical. To say that we will not denounce an entire faith — the faith of some one billion people, by the way — because of the actions of a few.

Why? Well, it’s simple. Ted Cruz doesn’t want to annoy Donald [t]Rump because maybe he thinks if [t]Rump wins the nomination — something even the GOP now wants to avoid at all costs — he might get Second Chair.

Or, if this latest asshat move by [t]Rump sees him falling in the polls and losing support, Ted Cruz will swoop in with his Hate Broom and sweep up those folks for his own campaign because he’s a pathetic, hate-filled, pandering, lying, cheating, government shutting down, make the taxpayers pay for it, kind of asshat politician that we need less of in this country, and not in any position of power.

Just sayin’.

Minute Rant: Jeb Bush ... Still Dumb ... 'W' Dumb ... and Still Anti-LGBT

I used to live in Florida when Jeb was governor; and I was one of those that actually thought his brother, W, was the dumb one, who couldn’t string together a sentence without tape and spackle, but I was wrong.

Jeb is dumb. Really dumb. W dumb.

While speaking at a San Francisco tech startup last week, Jeb Bush was asked by an openly gay employee about his position on legislation to ban discrimination of LGBT Americans and Jeb said:
“I don’t think you should be discriminated because of your sexual orientation. Period. Over and out."
Then he continued, which is where dumb and anti-LGBT comes in, because he said that workplace and housing discrimination protections for LGBT Americans should be enacted …

… on a state-by-state basis. So, you know, if you work in California, for example, and California wants to ban workplace and housing discrimination because you’re gay, then you’re lucky; but, say you get a new job in Arkansas, and Arkansas wants legalized discrimination based on sexual orientation, then that’s okay, too.

See, Jeb wants us to be separate but equal; he wants us free from discrimination in one place, if the voters, I imagine, approve, but also wants us to face discrimination in places where people like to be bigots and haters.

And so, to make his point, especially in light of that pesky — for the wingnuts — marriage equality decision, he trotted out that old chestnut about how the country must work to carefully balance the rights of those seeking to marry and the religious beliefs of those who oppose those unions.

See, he says The Gays have to respect the rights of Christians, but he’s perfectly fine with Christians not respecting the rights of The Gays or even following the law.

He used the example of the florist selling flowers to a same-sex couple, saying the florist should “be obligated to sell them flowers, [because] doing otherwise would be discriminatory.” But then he spoke out of the other side of his mouth by saying the florist should not have to sell flowers for a same-sex wedding because they choose not to participate.

Um, Jeb, if you’re a florist and I ask you to sell me flowers for my wedding, you are not participating, you are not a guest, you are not even a footnote to the ceremony.

So, let’s be queer about Jeb: he doesn’t want us discriminated in places where people don’t like discrimination, but if you live in a homophobic state, well, deal with it. And he doesn’t want florist … or bakers … to deny selling their goods to same-sex couples, unless those flowers and cakes are to be seen and served at a same-sex ceremony.

I’m amazed how Jeb Bush thinks he can pander to the religious right wingnut conservatives at the same time he’s trying to pander to The Gays.

We ain’t buying it, Jeb; you’re a bigot and a hater and a homophobe and a pandering tool for the GOP.

That much is queer.

UPDATE: Oklahoma’s Asshat Governor, Mary Fallin, Says The Ten Commandments Will Stay

Overruling the state’s Supreme Court, Teabagger darling and rightwingnut, Oklahoma Governor, and Republican of course, Mary Fallin will not removed the Ten Commandments statue from the statehouse grounds.
“Oklahoma is a state where we respect the rule of law, and we will not ignore the state courts or their decisions. However, we are also a state with three co-equal branches of government.” — Mary Fallin
Co-equal, unless the Supreme Court follows the letter of the state Constitution, then Marry Fallin does whatever the hell she wants to do while crying Jesus and Bible and God.

See, the courts made it very clear in their ruling, calling the statue “obviously” religious and noting that the state constitution specifically prohibits state funds or property … like the statehouse grounds … from used “for the benefit, or support of any sect, church, denomination, or system of religion, or for the use, benefit, or support of any priest, preacher, minister, or other religious teacher or dignitary, or sectarian institution as such.”
That would seem to include the statue, Mary.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma:
“We along with no doubt a large number of Oklahomans were astonished at the governor’s reaction and the statement today pretending that she has the authority to enforce the laws of some hypothetical future instead of enforcing the laws as they are today. Governors do not get a blank check to make up the laws as they see fit. That’s not the way that our democracy works and the governor’s statement is unprecedented.”
So it appears the case will go on appeal, and that the state Supreme Court will hear it again — the case has already dragged on more than two years through the courts; and the process of changing the state constitution could take well over another year.

In the meantime, Mary, say Hello to the satanic statue that was scheduled for the statehouse grounds, and then scuttled after last week’s ruling. And, while you’re at it, make way for the Torah and the Quran and any other religious icon that a subset of Oklahomans will demand be displayed on government property, because you cannot say 'No' to a bunch of religions and faiths and beliefs after saying 'Yes' to the one you like.

ISBL Asshat of the Week: Sandy Rios

Sandy Rios, Fox News contributor and certifiable loon, has suggested that the sexuality of Brandon Bastion, the engineer of the Amtrak train that derailed in Philadelphia earlier this week, was “a factor” in the crash.

Oh, yes she did.

But let’s be clear, this is nothing new for Rios, who is also the governmental affairs director at the anti-gay hate group, the American Family Association, made the claims on her radio show:
“I’m not inferring that this accident happened because he was gay, but I do think it’s an interesting part of the story and you can bet it would be edited out. I think it’s a factor and I doubt you will hear it anywhere else.”
She’s not saying it’s a factor but she wants everyone to know he was gay because, well, gay people want to kill straight people and especially Christians, so maybe this train accident was the first part of our Evil Plan to destroy anyone who isn’t gay; or something.

Rios then said Bastion, who says he no recollection of the crash, might have been “going through some confusion that has to do with the very core of who they are”:
“Someone I know who worked for a very large airline started taking hormone shots and put his entire plane at risk because he had an emotional, angry outburst to something that happened.”
So, again, she isn’t saying this happened because he’s gay, and she isn’t saying he was taking hormone shots, but she is saying that this could be the case because she’s a pandering, lying, asshatted, bigot.

And the ISBL Asshat of the Week.

Pope Frankie: Still Anti-Gay

Look, it’s no secret I am not now, nor have I ever been, a fan of pope Frankie. Even before he became The Anointed One, I remember hearing all the things he said about The Gays and same-sex marriage.

Then he slipped into the Pope’s Red Prada’s and donned that fabulous hat and said, of The Gays, “Who am I to judge?” And the LGBT community — or at least some, perhaps many, in the community — praised him as the Gay Friendly Pope. But then he kept saying things against us … like now.

At the beginning of the year, pandering speaking to a conservative audience, Pope Frankie predicted that the "family is threatened by growing efforts on the part of some [Hmmm, I wonder who?] to redefine the very institution of marriage, by relativism, by the culture of the ephemeral, by a lack of openness to life … These realities are increasingly under attack from powerful forces, which threaten to disfigure God’s plan for creation."

It was an oh-so-subtle attack on marriage equality.

And that’s now become one of his talking points, you know, the attack on marriage by simply asking for the right and privilege to get married. Frankie calls marriage — the one man and one woman kind — the “beauty of Christian marriage” and "an act of selfless love" and "that sacrament which builds up the community of the Church and society … Marriage has been inscribed in creation’s design by God, and, by his grace, countless Christian men and women have lived married life fully.
"When a man and a woman marry in the Lord, they participate in the missionary life of the Church, by living not only for themselves or their own family, but for all people. Therefore the life of the Church is enriched through every marriage which shows forth this beauty, and is impoverished when marriage is disfigured in any way."
Oops, there it is! Marriage, other than a Christian sacrament between a man and a woman ‘disfigures,’ according to Frankie, although he, like any politician or religious wingnut who claims that same-sex marriages harm traditional marriage, cannot produce one fact to support his claim.

He cannot bring forth one couple, any opposite-sex couple, who was married, and had their marriage harmed, or ‘disfigured’ because a couple of ‘mos tied the knot.

What he is doing, and let’s be queer, no matter how many times he mutters that isn’t judging anyone, that Pope Frankie is attacking all those same-sex couples who have either married or wish to marry.

He can smile that sweet little smile, and say that the Church should be more welcoming and less judgmental, and then he lobs another bomb on same-sex marriage. He is not The Gay Friendly Pope. He is just another in a long line of political leaders of the Catholic Church trying to placate The Gays while waging war against us.

And don’t forget that the next time he says something nice about us, because that’s part of his plan.

Trump Gets A Smackdown So Hard It Almost ... ALMOST ... Knocked That Dead Rat Off'a His Head

So we all know Mittsy's been lying about Chrysler closing up shop in the good old US of A and taking all its 'bidness' out there to China, right?

I mean, those of us with rational brains know it's a lie, especially when Chrysler itself calls it a lie. But now, Mittsy's long-haired lap-dog, Ronald McDonald Trump is weighing into the fray, not because he believes it, necessarily, but because he can't keep his ridiculous yap shut.

Trump, from his Twitter account, said, "Obama is a terrible negotiator. He bails out Chrysler and now Chrysler wants to send all Jeep manufacturing to China--and will!"

Which cause Ralph Gilles, the head of product design for Chrysler, to respond to Trump with this, also via Twitter: You are full of shit!"

Gilles becomes the second top Chrysler executive in three days to strongly deny the claim, first made my Mittsy’s lying mouth, and then echoed by an illiterate billionaire with internet access.

Donald.Trump.Is.Full.Of.Shit.

I mean, we all knew it, but it's still nice to see in print.

Now, Gilles is a gentleman, and sent a second Tweet: "I apologize for my language, but lies are just that, lies."

This TwitFight comes on the heels of Chrysler Group LLC Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne's email to employees flatly denied Romney's claim:
"I feel obliged to unambiguously restate our position: Jeep production will not be moved from the United States to China."

Romney, speaking a week ago to a crowd in Defiance, Ohio, said that he had read a news article that said Chrysler's Jeep brand is considering moving "all production to China." he chose to outright blatantly lie to the people of Ohio because, well, he's desperate and will try anything, and because Jeep, Chrysler's global brand, has one of its three U.S. assembly plants in Toledo, Ohio.  Spreading fear into Ohio was a plan for Mittsy, until Chrysler spoke up and told him, Ohio, and all of us, that Mitt Romney is a liar.

And that Ronald McDonald Trump should, in TwitSpeak: STFU.

Now, to be fair, Chrysler does intend to make Jeeps in China, for the Chinese market. The company would not take any production away from Chrysler's U.S. plants, and, in fact, Chrysler is adding jobs and investment at its Ohio plant.

Funny, Mittsy never mentioned that, and neither did DeadRatHead.

But then one is a lying pandering asshat desperate for political office and the other one is a bloviating billionaire with an out-of-control ego.

Can't tell one from the other.
