Ain't That America XIV ... All Good Bits

So, we’ve had weeks and weeks of fascism and pedophiles, of ICEstapo raids and COVIDIOTS … so I figured I’d focus on some good news, some resistance, some people taking stands against the Regime …

The Regime is going after anti-Felon politicians—like a governor on the Federal Reserve Board, a Democratic US senator and a Democrat state attorney general—who got lower mortgage rates by claiming more than one primary residence on their loan papers. But he’s said not one word about the three members of his Junk Drawer who call multiple homes their primary residences on mortgages, like Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Environmental Protection Agency administrator Lee Zeldin.

Huh, it smells like hypocrisy.

In an effort to ensure more New Yorkers can get the latest Covid vaccines, Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul is planning to sign an executive order that would authorize pharmacists to provide the shot to almost anyone who wants it.

Saving lives while, once again, The Felon’s Regime does the exact opposite.

Also, Colorado’s top health official issued an order allowing pharmacists to provide COVID-19 vaccines without a prescription allowing anyone 6 months or older to receive the updated COVID-19 vaccines at a pharmacy.

Again, Blue states work to save people’s lives.

More than 1,000 current and former employees of the Department of Health and Human Services are demanding that Not-A-Doctor-But-A-Heroin-Addict Robert F. Kennedy Jr. resign, following his ousting of the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other actions they say are “compromising the health of the nation”:

“Should he decline to resign, we call upon the President and U.S. Congress to appoint a new Secretary of Health and Human Services, one whose qualifications and experience ensure that health policy is informed by independent and unbiased peer-reviewed science. We expect those in leadership to act when the health of Americans is at stake.”

But Cankles and Brainworm don’t seem to care about the health of Americans.

A three-judge panel of the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals, one of the most conservative federal appeals courts in the country, has ruled that The Felon cannot use an 18th-century wartime law to speed the deportations of people his administration accuses of membership in a Venezuelan gang.

Immigrant rights lawyers and lower court judges had argued the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 was not intended to be used against gangs like Tren de Aragua, the Venezuelan group Cankles targeted in his March invocation.

U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs has invalidated The Regime’s freeze of $2.2 billion worth of federal grants to Harvard University after Harvard and employee groups sued, agreeing it ran afoul of constitutional free speech protections and federal law.

A new bruise has appeared on President Cankle’s left hand, adding to the one he’s had on his right hand for months, amid mounting questions about his health.

It's all pus and bile in there are he rots from the inside out.

Hundreds of people marched along Washington Avenue in Miami to protest Florida’s order to remove rainbow-painted crosswalks. The demonstration, called the “Forever Proud March,” was organized by Miami Beach Commissioner Alex Fernandez and the Greater Miami LGBT Chamber of Commerce.

Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, who was at the protest, said the state’s directive was arbitrary and harmful, arguing that the designs make intersections safer for people and serve as symbols of inclusion and memorials to those in the LGBTQ+ community murdered at Pulse nightclub.

A federal judge has blocked the Regime from conducting fast-track deportations of people detained far from the southern border, removing, for now, one of the cornerstones of President Cankle’s campaign to conduct mass deportations.

Such quick deportations, known as expedited removal, have been conducted for decades, but they were concentrated among people arrested at or near the southern border. The Regime sought to expand the practice nationwide, to hasten the removal of people arrested deep inside the country.

Iowa GOP Senator Joni “We’re all gonna die” says she won’t seek reelection in 2026. And several Iowa Democrats have already jumped into the race, including state Senator Zach Wahls, state Representative Josh Turek, and Des Moines School Board chairperson Jackie Norris.

Bye Felicia.

Alabama GOP Representative Barry Moore exited a town hall in his home district through the back door last week after facing relentless heckling. He ran out, tail between his legs, after responding to a question on the Regime’s mass deportation efforts.

Moore was repeatedly mocked and laughed at, grilled and interrupted as he tried to respond to people’s questions that stemmed from their frustration over Medicaid cuts, rural hospitals, tariffs, immigration, abortion and the deployment of the National Guard in Washington, D.C.

The Resistance at work.

Portugal President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa says President Cankles “is, objectively, a Soviet or Russian asset. He operates as an asset … the new American leadership has strategically benefited the Russian Federation.”

The US is failing and falling thanks to the fascist.

Federal prosecutors were unable to secure a felony assault indictment against Sean Dunn, who threw a sammich at a federal agent on the streets of Washington this month.

The remarkable failure by the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington DC, and one Judge Jeanine “Box Wine” Pirro, was the second time in recent days that it was unable to persuade grand jurors to bring an indictment in this case. This is a sharp rebuke by ordinary citizens against the team of prosecutors who are dealing with the fallout from The Regime’s move to send National Guard troops and federal agents into the city on patrol.

The Resistance is real.

The California Supreme Court denied Republicans’ petition asking the court to stop state officials from putting a redistricting measure on the ballot – the second GOP challenge to the state’s redistricting it’s thrown out in one week. The decision appears to smooth the way for the measure to appear on the ballot in November.

Fighting fire with fire.

A grand jury declined for a third time to indict Sidney Lori Reid, a Washington DC woman accused of assaulting an FBI agent during an inmate swap with ICE in another loss federal prosecutors and US Attorney Jeanine “Box Wine” Pirro’s office.

Grand juries decline to indict, known as a “no true bill,” in only a small fraction of federal cases so this is another case of We The People standing up the fascism.

US District Judge Thomas Cullen, who normally sits in Virginia but was assigned the case because the Maryland judges could not participate, dismissed an unusual Regime lawsuit against every federal judge in Maryland over a standing order that limits the government’s ability to quickly deport immigrants.

At issue was a standing order issued by Chief Judge George Russell on May 21 and updated a week later that described how federal judges in Maryland should handle cases involving immigrants facing an imminent risk of deportation. The order imposes a temporary stay of deportation for two business days while a case is considered.

Illinois Democrat Governor JB Pritzker:

“To the members of the press who are assembled here today and listening across the country, I am asking for your courage to tell it like it is. This is not a time to pretend here that there are two sides to this story.”

The media is complicit in the Regime’s plot to destroy America.

Judge Paula Xinis, who has been dealing with Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s case for nearly five months plans to “move as fast as is just” in considering his petition and has asked his lawyers and DOJ prosecutors to propose a schedule for briefings and a hearing to consider questions such as whether Abrego Garcia should be allowed to be deported to a country of his choice and whether he might face danger if sent to Uganda.

In the meantime, she ruled that the government was barred from re-expelling Abrego Garcia, now being held in an ICE facility in Virginia, but given that Pammy Jo Bondi has a long history of flouting her orders, the judge made sure they understood her:

“Your clients [referring to administration officials] are absolutely forbidden at this juncture to remove Mr. Abrego Garcia from the continental United States.”

Snap.

A Utah district judge has ruled that the state must redraw its congressional districts because the state’s GOP-controlled Legislature erred when it overruled a ballot measure passed by voters that sought to rein in partisan gerrymandering. The ruling adds yet another wrinkle to the national battle for control of Congress next year and how the congressional map is evolving ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

All four of Utah’s current US House reps are Republicans.

Florida GOP Representative Anna Paulina Luna-tic thinks Cankles deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for securing “some of the largest tax cuts in history” for billionaires and for “continuing to broker world peace.”

Okay, Crazy, but then you also said that Cankle’s Slovenian Hooker Wife “might also have a nomination” because “she’s been very instrumental in discussions with Russia. And also, too, I think that she’s going to be a key reason why we’re able to broker peace with Ukraine.”

Dear Goddess, this is stupid even for Flori-duh.

Texas state troopers are following follow Democratic lawmakers’ every move to ensure they vote on redistricting and so one lawmaker, Democrat Representative Venton Jones, one of the few out lawmakers in the state, met with fellow Democratic state Representative Terry Meza at the Rose Room … a gay bar in Dallas’ Oak Lawn.

That’s how it’s done.

As The Regime tells conflicting lies about the severity of crime in Washington, emerging stories show that federal law enforcement in the city is wasting its time on minor violations to justify the administration’s falsehoods. White House Press Secretary KKKarolying Leavitt says that FBI data released in January showing a drop in crime is inaccurate.

Leavitt’s statement also deceptively argues that The Regime deserves credit for the drop in crime—statistics show crime in DC at a 30-year-low—reflect data collected in 2024 … when Joe Biden was president.

Now the National Guard is in DC picking up trash, laying down mulch, and stopping “violent” criminals who aren’t wearing seatbelts or have broken taillights.

The Department of Homeland Security, under DogKiller and Cosplay Actor, KKKristi Noem, blindsided Argentina by unexpectedly pausing a visa-waiver agreement as officials from Buenos Aires were already en route to Washington DC to sign the deal. The snub was the result of a lack of communication and organization by KKKristi, more proof that she is woefully inept at her job.

There you have it, some resistance, some court rulings, some lunacy calling itself GOP and now you know what needs to be done …

Bobservations

The other night Carlos nodded off in the evening and began snoring … like a chain saw … so loud that Rosita jumped from his lap and went to the back of the house … so rough that his head was vibrating like the couch came with an electric massage option … and when I said:

“Sweetie pie, go to bed. You’re snoring.”

And he said:

“I wasn’t asleep.”

Seriously.

This Tuxedo Says is from October 2020 … If you were looking for a good reason to vote, Tuxedo says you should think of it like this:

I have recently learned that crows can hold a grudge against a person for over 17 years and I have officially found my spirit animal.

Oh, and this is my bird call … and, yes, that’s the little dance I do.

The other day at The Adventures of Travel Penguin and he was discussing foods from his recent trip across the pond, specifically Haggis. I replied that I might try Haggis and then call it done, but it got me to thinking about trying new things so I asked people at work and they were less than enthused. Not one would try Haggis, or Sushi, or Offal, or Raw Oysters, and I berated them … politely … saying you should try something at least one before saying never, and a co-worker asked me:

“So, then you've had had sex with a woman?”

“Nope. There are times when you just know.”

I mean, as I like to say, the last time I was near a vagina I was being born, but that’s just me.

Apparently there’s a new word cruising the halls of DC and one reporter dared to use the word at The Felon’s press conference when she asked him about TACO … Trump Always Chickens Out. You know, because the tariffs are on, the tariffs are off; the tariffs are 150%, the tariffs are 50% ...

And the bloated gasbag had a fit and gargled and bubbled and stumbled over his word … singular … but did manage to confuse tariff with tax.

TACO.

Of note, Harvard has never been shut down for fraud, but The Felon’s eponymous university? Yeah, not so much.

First Lady and nude model, Melanie, is using AI to record the audio version of the book she wrote plagiarized:

“I am honored to bring you Melania—The  AI Audiobook—narrated entirely using artificial intelligence in my own voice.”

When I think of Melanie I do think “artificial” but I never think “intelligence.”

I love me some Kelly Clarkson because the girl can saaaaang … and can sing almost any genre. Still I was stunned when she trotted out this macabre and dark take on ‘If I Only Had a Brain’ from The Wizard of Oz.

Brilliant.

Ryan Ball is a model … that’s all I can find … but he looks good in clothes and out of clothes so, Would You Hit It?
