Even The Brits Think MGB® Is a Joke
In her attempt to make it all about her, Mama Grizzly Bore [MGB®], is trying to finagle a meeting with former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Now, why does MGB® want to meet Mrs. Thatcher. Oh yeah, because Thatcher was PM when Reagan was president and MGB® sees herself as Ronald Reagan 2.0.
And yet, while MGB® hopes to visit the Iron Lady--who is suffering from Alzheimer's--when she travels to the Sudan--apparently there is a huuuge Teabagger constituency in the Sudan--there is some thought that she'll be turned away.
The MGB® told Christina Lamb, of the Sunday Times: "I am going to Sudan in July and hope to stop in England on the way. I am just hoping Mrs Thatcher is well enough to see me as I so admire her."
And yet, according to Andy McSmith, of the Independent, it seems Thatcher has no intention of meeting the Teabbgin' cutie. While McSmith does report that the eighty-six-year-old Thatcher rarely makes public appearances, the reasons for not meeting the MGB® go deeper. Thatcher allies believe that MGB® is a frivolous figure who is unworthy of an audience with the Iron Lady, and have said: "Lady Thatcher will not be seeing [MGB®]. That would be belittling for Margaret. [MGB®] is nuts."
Uh huh.
Suh-nap!
