That Ain't America: Renee Nicole Good is Dead

Renee Nicole Good, the 37-year-old mother of three who had just moved to Minneapolis, was a prize-winning poet and a hobby guitarist, who city leaders have said was there as a legal observer of ICE activities.

But the Fascist Regime called her a "domestic terrorist” and cosplaying, inept Homeland Security Secretary Kristi “DogKiller” Noem calls the shooting justified because the officer who killed Rennee, Jonathan Ross, was in fear for his life. Add to the mix both Vice President Couchfucker and White House Minister of Propaganda, KKKarolying Leavitt, who each posted the video of the killing to their social media, and claimed Ross was justified in killing Good.

What actually happened …

Her wife, Rebecca Good, with whom she moved to Minneapolis just last year, said:

"On Wednesday, January 7th, we stopped to support our neighbors. We had whistles. They had guns."

They had guns; this band of mostly untrained, uneducated, formerly unemployed, wannabe police officers who were paid handsomely to join Ice, had guns.

Several state leaders have said that Good was at the scene of an ICE raid in the south of Minneapolis as a legal observer to monitor police and security forces at protests and operations. Renne’s mother says her daughter was "not part of anything" that involved challenging ICE agents. Still, Regime officials, including the racist, rapist, fascist president, claim Renee was interfering in the officers' work by "blocking them in" with her car and "shouting at them".

Who to believe; the people who knew Renee, or the man in the Oval office who literally lies every time his mouth moves and his hand puppet, a dog killing, now citizen killing, Neo-Nazi?

I choose Renee, and here’s why …

The Regime says Renee "weaponized her vehicle" and then tried to run over one of the officers "in an attempt to kill or cause bodily harm to agents, an act of domestic terrorism" but cellphone video, one of which came from Jonathan Ross, the shooter,  and eyewitness accounts tells a different story.

Ross’ video begins with him getting out of his car and approaching Good’s SUV from the passenger side; there’s a black dog in the rear seat looking at Ross through an open window as the ICE officer walks around the front of the car to face Good who says to him:

“That’s fine, dude, I’m not mad at you.”

At the same time, Ross is approached by a woman who later identified herself as Good’s wife, Rebecca. Ross walks around to film the SUV’s rear license plate, then to Rebecca, filming Ross now. who says:

“That’s OK, we don’t change our plates every morning. Just so you know, it’ll be the same plate when you come talk to us later … You want to come at us? You want to come at us? I say go get yourself some lunch, Big Boy. Go ahead.”

At this point, Ross has moved to face the passenger side of the SUV again and is making his way around to the front. It seems like the situation was under control, until another couple of ICE agents, untrained and armed, approach the vehicle and shout:

“Get out of the car. Get out of the f-----g car. Get out of the car.”

Rebecca gets into the front seat and apparently tells her wife “drive.” Ross is now facing the front of the vehicle  and Renee reverses slightly, then accelerates forward. Ross, holding his phone and filming, then fires multiple shots into Renee’s as it passed him.

He was holding both a phone and a gun, standing to the side of the vehicle as Renee Nicole Good tried to drive past him when he killed her. There are those who say Renee’s car may have struck Ross, run over his foot, but video after the murder shows him walking completely fine.

There was no threat, there was no imminent danger, there was no threat … except from Jonathan Ross who shot Renee three times in the face as she drove by him.

This Ain’t America. At least not the America I know; we aren’t perfect, goddess knows we do all kinds of terrible things, but when you fire up hatred against brown people who speak differently, when you send marauding, untrained, unfit, masked men with guns into the streets to round up anyone they assume to be undocumented, the worst will happen.

And it did last week … to Renee Nicole Good.

Say her name; do not let her murder be in vain. Demand an investigation; demand accountability from Noem who advertised for ICE agents, paid them bonuses to join, did no background checks, no educational checks; she handed them weapons and masks and sent them into our streets.

Say her name; cast a vote; end this regime of terror and murder.

Jan Brewer Gets Bitchslapped........AGAIN!

Take that, Jan Brewer.

In Phoenix, US District Court Judge Susan Bolton has issued a temporary injunction against parts of the law that would require Arizona police officers to determine the status of people they lawfully stopped and suspected were in the country illegally.

Better still, Bolton also forbade Arizona, and Wicked Witch Of the South West Brewer, from making it a state crime to not carry immigration documents, and struck down two other provisions as an unconstitutional attempt by Arizona to undermine the federal government's efforts to enforce immigration policy.

Judge Bolton:

"The court by no means disregards Arizona's interests in controlling illegal immigration and addressing the concurrent problems with crime....[but]....it is not in the public interest for Arizona to enforce preempted laws."

Also, not in the public interest is the fact that this racist law could have been enforced against legal immigrants in this country if a police officer simply suspected them of being here illegally, based on non-issues like clothing and shoes, and accents.

Fucktard Jan Brewer has vowed a swift appeal to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and is said to be flying over Arizona on her broomstick, writing, Surrender Immigrants, in the skies. She called the injunction a bump in the road, and by bump, I'm assuming she means the bodies of alleged illegals who will be deported if the asshats have their way.

And, for now, they don't.

Los Angeles Tells Arizona Where To Stick It

Out in California, the Los Angeles City Council, denouncing Arizona's tough new racist, fascist illegal immigration laws, has voted to ban most city travel to Arizona and future contracts with companies in that state.

Way to go, LA.

The city council members understand that this new law in Arizona, which makes it a state crime to lack immigration papers and requires police to determine whether people they stop are in the country illegally, could lead to racial profiling and discrimination.

And they don't like it.

Council members compared Arizona's action to those of Nazi Germany and the beginning of the Holocaust, as well as the internment and deportation of Japanese Americans during World War II in this country.

Councilman Ed Reyes: "Los Angeles is the second-largest city in this country, an immigrant city, an international city. It needs to have its voice heard....As an American, I cannot go to Arizona today without a passport. If I come across an officer who's having a bad day and feels that the picture on my ID is not me, I can be … deported, no questions asked. That is not American."

And it needs to end.

One More Step In Erasing The Hispanics From Arizona

As if she hasn't done enough to create the most hated state in the Union, this week Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed a bill that bans the teaching of ethnic studies in public schools. The law, which takes effect December 31, bans classes that are designed for a particular ethnic group, promote overthrow of the U.S. government, foster resentment toward a particular race or class, or "advocate ethnic solidarity instead of the treatment of pupils as individuals."

Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne said the bill was written to target a Mexican-American studies program in the Tucson school system. The 14-year-old program offers courses in standard topics like literature and history, but with an emphasis on Latino authors or history. It also has specialized courses with African-American and Native American emphasis.

What? We don't want people learning about Hispanics or Africans! How can we keep them outta our state if we let our kids learn about 'em?

Although just 2 percent of the Tucson Unified School District's 55,000 students are enrolled in the program, the governor has seen fit to ban it. Sean Arce, who runs the Tucson program, said that students do better in school when presented with material that includes people who look like them.

Go figure.

"It's a highly engaging program that we have, and it's unfortunate that the state Legislature would go so far as to censor these classes," Arce said.

But Tom Horne, who, incidentally, is running for Attorney General of Arizona, and therefore wants to pander to the racists and fascists of his jurisdiction, says the program teaches Latino students that they are oppressed by white people. "It's just like the old South," he said, "And it's long past time that we prohibited it."

The Old South was "Whites Only," too, Mr. Horne, and your new anti-anything-but-white classrooms are falling back into that pattern.

You, Governor Brewer, and the entire state of Arizona ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Sidenote: the bill leaves it up to the state Board of Education or superintendent to decide whether a school violates the law, but a school that does not comply could lose 10 percent of its state aid each month.

A Tale Of Two McCains

Y'all know about Arizona, the new fascist show-me-your-papers state? Well, it seems as if Arizona's favorite family has opinions on the issue.

Grampa McCain, struggling to hold onto his ass, er, Senate seat, has come out in defense of Governor Eva Braun, er, Jan Brewer's, signing of the law, though, as is usual of a politician, he stopped short of saying he supported the law. He didn't say I support it and he didn't say I don't support it; he said basically nothing. "That's a state decision. I have not had a chance to take a look, but the fact is, the state is acting because the federal government hasn't."

Let me get this queer, John. Your home state, the state you represent in Washington, has created a new law reminiscent of things that have happened in Nazi Germany, Communist China, South Africa, and you haven't had a chance to look at it?

Why, John, why?

Is it because, instead of doing what's right, you want to do what will get you reelected? That doesn't make sense from the man who once worked on a comprehensive immigration reform plan, telling critics that "these are all God's children". Now, John McCain wants thousands of troops to guard the border.

Meghan McCain, however, in her Daily Beast column, calls the new law "a bad law" and "essentially a license to pull someone over for being Hispanic," though she does understand "why this law came into existence," citing "the continued failure of the federal government to secure Arizona's borders." But, unlike her father, who says nothing, and does nothing, unless he thinks it'll get him a vote, Meghan McCain sees this as a situation where no one wins.

One, from an American who sees, and dislikes, the direction Arizona is taking, and the other from a career politician in fear of losing his job.
