Bobservations

Yesterday I was discussing the Chris Evans accident dick pic that blew up the internet this week … of course, this was after a several minute discussion where I had to explain to Carlos who Chris Evans is, because the man knows nothing from pop culture.

But after that, with Carlos up to speed, I told him that Evans had finally responded to the picture with a new Tweet that said:

“Now that I have your attention … VOTE Nov 3rd!!!”

And Carlos had the best response when he said:

“Just don’t vote for the dickhead.”

Every so often he gets a good one off.

Tuxedo thinks maybe it’s time to put women un charge and end this misogynistic bull shiz. But then, he’s just a cat …

Maybe if Bob Woodward had said something about _____’s decision to downplay the virus, some people might not have gotten sick … like the thousands who attended any of _____’s six indoor rallies after he acknowledged on those tapes that the virus was lethal and airborne.

But _____ knew, and still held a series of rallies to boost his ego, so, yeah, that’s on him. And so is this …

At his last rally in Nevada, where a crowd of over a thousand was mostly mask-less, _____was asked about the lack of masks. He told the reporter he was more worried about her because she was awfully close to him. And when she reiterated that she was talking about the rally crowd, he replied that he was kept far away from them.

See, he doesn’t care about ‘them,’ even if they attend his rally, he was only concerned about himself.

That should tell you all you need to know!

Meanwhile, back at Chris Evans dick … his brother, Scott Evan, a hot gay cutie, reacted to the brouhaha over the photo by tweeting”

“Was off social media for the day yesterday. So. What’d I miss?”

You missed a dick, but they’re everywhere so ….

This week ______ participated in a town hall, hosted by ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos and the subject of masks came up. _____ says he often wears them—in hospitals or other places—and then blamed Joe Biden and the Democrats for not instituting a mask- mandate:

“They said at the Democrat Convention…they’re going to do a national mandate, they never did it, because they’re checked out, they never did it.”

His idiot twisted logic caused Joe Biden to Tweet that he cannot mandate a nationwide mask order because:

“I am not currently president.”

Currently!

In Ego News … Madonna is writing and directing another film, which begs the question, Did no producers or film studios ever see W.E.?

The film is about Madonna’s favorite subject … Madonna … and I imagine she’ll try to use some computer magic to make her play the star of the film.

I see clusterfuck.

Lifetime has just announced that it will produce its first gay-themed Christmas movie, The Christmas Setup, which will star real-life married couple Blake Lee, from Parks and Recreation, and Ben Lewis, from The Handmaid’s Tale).

Lewis plays a New York City lawyer who goes to Milwaukee to spend Christmas with his mom, who meddles in his love life by arranging for him to run into his old crush played by Lee.

Leis and Lee had a much better meet back in 2010 when they randomly met in the men’s room at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood for the premiere of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, which costarred Lee, who told his friends:

“I just met the man I’m going to marry—at the urinal.”

I’d like to see that film.

Fashion label Patagonia’s latest line of clothing features a rather interesting political message on the tag which many think is Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard’s way of getting his views across. A statement on the brand’s website emphasizes its investment in the election result and the impact it will have on environmental policy.

I am not a label gay, but I can get behind this one.

South Carolina’s own Lady G, aka Miss Lindsey, AKA ReTHUGlican lapdog Lindsey Graham was left with egg on his face—and he usually prefers some other sticky substance—after his campaign tried to smear his opponent Jaime Harrison by saying Harrison wouldn’t release his taxes. Graham even suggested Harrison was hiding something.

And in an instant Harrison released his tax returns but got the last ;laugh when he Tweeted back at Miss Lindsey:

Done. Now do President _____.”

And … snap!

For the last couple of years, I was hooked on the Starz channel’s Power, about a drug kingpin trying, and failing often, to go straight. To be fair, the hook started when I first saw Omari Hardwicke as Ghost, but that’s just me.

This new reboot of the show is Ghost: Power, Book II, which tells the tale of Ghost’s son Tariq, who may, or may not, become a drug kingpin. But the hotties this season are Daniel Bellomy as Zeke Cross, the star athlete, top right, and Gianni Paolo as Brayden, the rich kid, top right, and the Will He or Won’t He Become a Husband In My Head, Justin Marcel McManus as Jabari Reynolds, the hot teacher.

Keep me after class? Okay!

Bobservations

Shortly before I went out to Oregon, Carlos wanted to speak to an acquaintance of ours in Miami, George. George had done work on our home there, but was also a psychic, too; tile-setter and psychic? Okur.

Anyway, Carlos wanted to talk to George about his father, and so he called. Near the end of their chat, George told Carlos to tell me that I needed surgery on my hernia and not to let it go.

Um, George? I don’t have a hernia. Of course, that didn’t stop the thought from entering my mind at every turn while I was away, but then … when I returned home …

Carlos has a hernia. His was diagnosed by his doctor, and we’re setting a time for his surgery.

I’m not saying George was right, but it looks like he was one off.
Ten years ago Philip Todd Wilson was a Kentucky school principal who fought to ban books that included “homosexual content”.

This week Wilson was arrested and charged on 30 counts related to possession and distribution of child pornography.

Why does it always seem that the most hate-filled homophobes are either closeted gay men or pedophiles or into kiddie porn?
A Baptist church in Birmingham, Alabama is capturing national attention for a sign in front of the church; one side reads:
“A black vote for Trump is mental illness.”
The other side says:
“A white vote for Trump is pure racism.”
Pastor Michael Jordan put the sign up hoping it would encourage people to choose a name other than _____ on their ballots their next year.
Playing to his base—and we all know who that is—this week _____ released a new campaign video over Twitter.

It wasn’t terribly newsworthy until the new _____ Pence logo appeared, featuring a lion illustration that appears to have been taken from a Dutch Twitter account suspended for promoting White Supremacy.

You.Don’t.Say. The use of the same logo was first reported by former Snopes Managing Editor Brooke Binkowski, who revealed the similarity in a series of tweets, and then followed up with a link to an archived version of a now-deleted Tweet by VDARE, an anti-immigration group criticized for promoting White Supremacy.

The lion logo is the exact same.

It suggests two things … either someone in the _____campaign decided to use this hate group’s logo as their own because the president is a racist xenophobe, or someone in the _____ campaign is an idiot.
Well, now it looks like some states are pushing to criminalize the sharing of intimate photos to get revenge on former sex partners.

Down in Texas, because, of course, a new law bans so-called cyber flashing and cracks down on people who send unsolicited nude images on dating apps and elsewhere in cyberspace.

The law forbids what is often characterized as technology-enabled sexual harassment and makes electronic transmission of sexually explicit material a Class C misdemeanor with a fine of up to $500 if the person who received it hasn’t given consent.

So, no more dick pics … sorry Cheney, Sargent, Van Patten, Nixon.
St. Edward Catholic School in Nashville has pulled the Harry Potter book series from the school’s shelves because, according to Reverend Dan Reehil, he spells in the books are real.

Yes, that’s what he said. And isn’t it ironic that the Reverend pulls books off the shelves because he thinks the spells are real, but he works for a church that allows, abets, and supports pedophilia and child rape?

Uh huh.
This week, in response to the nationwide epidemic of mass shootings, Walmart announced a major change in gun policy and a ban on sales of some types of ammunition.

Walmart will discontinue all sales of short-barrel rifle ammunition that can be used with military style weapons, discontinue sales of handgun ammunition and stop all handgun sales in Alaska, following two “horrific” shootings at Walmart stores this summer. In addition, they are also asking customers at Walmart and Sam’s Club to no longer openly carry firearms in stores, in states where “open carry” is allowed, unless authorized law enforcement officers are present.

Good on them, and I hope they hold steady because the NRA is already, ahem, gunning for them

Andrew Biernat, hot model, hot actor, from Washington. He’s so dreamy, and can really pull off that old Hollywood glamor.

He can also pull off his clothes.

Just sayin’.

Random Musings

Karma is a bitch, y’all. See, back in 2001, the ACLU filed a lawsuit over a Ten Commandments monument outside Grand Junction, Colorado’s City Hall; and so, knowing they would lose the lawsuit, the city council decided to put a disclaimer on the monument saying it was “not meant to endorse any particular system of religious belief.”

I know, right? Bull shiz. But the City Council then created a ‘Cornerstones of Law and Liberty plaza … as a  secular context for the Ten Commandments monument that cost city taxpayers $64,000. And it worked; the ACLU lawsuit went nowhere.

So, what about karma? Well, Reford Theobold was the council member — and two-time Mayor — who led this charge to keep the Ten Commandments monument and Theobold was just arrested for shoplifting.

Thou Shall Not Steal.

Yes; sixty-one-year-old Reford Theobold was arrested on suspicion of theft by shoplifting after an employee of Cabela’s saw him take several “Big Hunk” candy bars, hide them in a file folder and walk past registers without paying; he also had two maps on him which weren’t paid for.

Maybe we need an Eleventh Commandment:

Thou shall not be a lying hypocritical dick of a politician.
Oh, those One Million Moms Seventy-Four Thousand Moms must be clenching their sphincters today because, in their Sexiest Man Alive issue — this year’s man is David Beckham which makes me think this issue is actually ten years old … but I digress — the magazine bestowed the Honor of Sexiest TV Commercial Dads to David Monahan and Larry Sullivan, the same-sex couple who starred in that Campbell’s Soup commercial with their son Cooper.

It’s that karma thing, you know, because had those Moms who have nothing better to do with their lives, not called attention to the ad, the ad, and the dads would not be getting so much attention.

So, thanks One Million Moms Seventy-Four Thousand Moms.
I loves me some Law & Order: SVU. There is always a hot detective on that show. We had years of Christopher Meloni, as beefcake hottie Elliot, and then we had a few years with Danny Pino as Latino caliente hunk Nick. And after Pino left the show, we got Peter Scanavino — who grew on me during his first season and is now just delicious.

But this year the show introduced Broadway actor — he was rocky in the ‘Rocky’ musical — Andy Karl as Mike Dodds, who is pec-o-licious.

Just sayin’.
Bobby Jindal has ended his failed attempt to become president.

Show of hands of those who were surprised Jindal was even running? Uh huh.
So, Turing Pharmaceuticals  the company owned by Martin Shkreli, the douchebag pharmaceutical dick who jacked up the prize of an AIDS drug some 5,000%, has just posted a third quarter loss of  $14.6 million.

I’m sensing a theme about karma this week …
While People has two sexy dads in their issue, ABC is still standing firm in the dark ages and has said, definitively, ‘No’ to having a same-sex couple dance on their crappy show, Dancing With The Not-Quite-Stars-But-Definitely-Media-Whores-And-Has-Beens.

On the show next week, recording artist Who is Fancy will debut his new single ‘Boys Like You,’ about a man falling in love with another man.

Who is Fancy’s choreographer sent an email to the producers, saying it would ‘be an awesome look to have 2 males dancing with each other,’ but ABC said not a chance in Hell.

Oh, but they did say that they would allow male-on-male ‘near dancing’ during the performance.

Whatever the hell that means.
Here’s a picture of Donald [t]Rump. Why am I posting it, you ask? Well, it’s an art piece, a mosaic, if you will, of the presidential candidate, created by combing thousands of other pictures to create the image of The Donald.

Oh, the thousands of other images? All dick pics.

Uh huh. The Donald In Dicks. Seems fitting, dontcha think?

You can see a larger version ... if you wish ... HERE
Leave it to the Mama Grizzly Bore™ to spin her unwed daughter’s second out of wedlock pregnancy as a “third or fourth or fifth chance” from God to allow Blister learn how to either keep her legs closed, or learn to use birth control, or to stop telling young girls about abstinence when she hasn’t learned that lesson yet herself.
