Philippine-born blues harmonica player/vocalist Zialcita has performed with many a blues legends, such as Big Mama Thornton, T-Bone Walker, Charles Brown & others; here, he joins forces with R&B legend Otis & his band on this session recorded at Otis' home, Sebastopol, California in 1998.

Zialcita has been performing in the San Francisco Bay Area regularly since since the early days of the Eldorado Blues Band through all the different band members and name changes, The nineties saw the evolution into the Carlos Zialcita Band. In 1998, Zialcita recorded Train Through Oakalnd, produced by R&B legend Johnny Otis. This led to stints with Sugar Pie DeSanto and Sonny Rhodes, with whom Zialcita was able to tour the USA and Canada.
