Subluna is a three-man strong blues/boogie-rocking band who has been touring for several years around Sweden. Blues is about love for music and that's what drives in this very swinging band! Subluna has always had that little extra, that little magic that you feel when it turns. How it works, nobody really knows, but everything is about chemistry, between audiences and bands and between the three musicians: Thomas Mikaelsson, Håkan Larsson and Thomas Ziden, sometimes David Boden is also hanging out! The subluna has a special sound that goes home to the audience, together with hundreds of plays this time, so there is plenty of routine. :-)
Subluna's story began in Graninge, a small town in western Ångermanland, where the three met and jammed for the first time. There you developed your strange wood-burning sound, the hypnotic Texas-influenced boogie swing that whips the audience into ecstasy wherever you go, Stadspuben Luleå, Tre Backar, Engelen Sthlm etc! Nowadays, Thomas Ziden lives outside Katrineholm, where he sings and plays with a number of different bands, but as soon as an opportunity is invited, the Subluna will gather together to rejoice!
