LITTLEWOLF fashions a unique, dynamic roots/blues/rock explosion: a fusion of Steve Lott's 35 years of experience & Kristi Bess Clanton's youthful exuberance. Bred in West Texas, Steve Lott is a principle singer/writer/guitarist in LittleWolf. His career began in Austin, where he played for D.K. Little’s Power Play and The Lotions. Lott appeared at the East Coast Blues and Roots Festival, at Byron Bay in 1998 and 2001, has toured the world and released two award-winning albums in Australia in 1999 and 2001. Currently, his compilation CD “Blues from Down Under” is #13 on the Living Blues Australian Radio Chart.
Kristi Bess Clanton, the other principle singer/writer/guitarist in LittleWolf, has been a singing star since childhood in Texas. She has blossomed into a great slide-steel guitarist and songwriter. At 21-years, she can handle anything from a traditional blues shout to a heartbreaking ballad. Tough as overdue rent or smooth as 20-year-old bourbon…she can kill you with one note.
