Hailing from Cork Ireland, Brian started out his career in the Cork city region in local rock acts and the fronting of the Rory Gallagher tribute band ‘Stagestruck’, which played shows in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Germany and also the USA. In 2007 Brian relocated to the Netherlands and formed the Brian Tambling Band which played extensively and exclusively through the Netherlands with members including Rob Spijker (drums) and Steven Scheffer (bass).

Always up for an adventure, in 2009 Brian moved to the island of Curacao, Brian established himself as an exciting, imaginative and serious guitarist, he has been involved in session work, as well as being a member of the islands best rock band “Ginger” and also front man of his own band Blues-ja-fu. In 2012, Brian released his first debut album and also the same year Brian embarked on a tour through the Netherlands to promote his debut album. After a hiatus which included travelling around South America Brian is home in his native Ireland where he is concentrating on writing new material and gigging in an acoustic duo "Preachin' Blues" with singer/songwriter Paul Dunworth.
