Following the success of their debut CD, Red House published “Hold On!!”. Standing out are the presence of more keyboards, a horn section and the background vocals of Sheilah Cuffy, Marcy Murdoch and Enrique Anaut. Old friends and collaboraters such as Jorge Villaescusa, Ñaco Goñi, Pablo Escalona, Eric Franklin, Pedro Barcelo, Antonio “El Maca” Ramos, Bob Sands, Kurt Weiss and Norman Hogue recorded and added their immense talents to the CD. Recorded at La Buganvilla Studios with their friend Carlos Sartorius, this CD is a more ambitious and elaborated change in the way they had previouly recorded their CDs. Recorded over a period of one year this CD is an expansion of their musical taste and style. Songs such as “Secret Bluesman”, Rattlesnake Road”, “The World That We’ve Come To Know”, “Welcome To The Unreal World” and “Over The Border” show a more mature and new musical vision that defines the group’s musical progression on their journey towards the Blues of the 21st century.

Red House Hits 1997-2012 is a celebration of fifteen years together as a band and musical force. “Drinkin’ Whiskey” and “Guitar Delta Tone” were newly recorded in the studio for this CD while maintaining the spirit of Red House’s live performances. Other songs such as “Chihuahua Boogie” and “She Loves Me Overtime” were remastered for this special occasion. The CD also includs a previously unrealeased version of “Let The Bluesman Play”. Chihuahua Boogie is a continuation of Red House’s ongoing musical progression. The CD includes the amazing saxophone playing and horn arrangements of “Blue Lou” Marini of the Blues Brothers. Also included are guest performances from Gene Taylor of Canned Heat, Ramon Arroyo, Gaby Jogeix, Pablo Sanpa and Pau Alvarez along with the great grooves played by Carlos Sanchez and Manuel Bagüés. The album was inspired by the band’s stay in Baja California Sur where they lodged at the mythical Hotel California and relflects the group’s musical growth and coming of age.

The first release of Red House with the same title is a tribute to their blues influences and roots. Jeff Espinoza and Francisco Simón composed twelve original songs representing the best of their musical history and background. Red House features guest artists Velma Powell, Sheilah Cuffy, Bobby Alexander, Ramón Arroyo, Alfonso Perez, and the solid rhythm section of Marcelo Fuentes, Pedro Barcelo, Pablo Escalona and percussionist Moisés Porro. The CD also includes the incredible harmoncia playing of Ñaco Goñi and Antonio Serrano. Their debut CD proved a great success and was highly acclaimed by the Spanish public and music press.

Red House es el resultado de una larga experiencia y amistad entre Jeff Espinoza y Francisco Simón. La historia de este tandem remonta a cuando se conocieron en España como miembros de los Flying Gallardos. Desde entonces, su trabajo juntos ha desarrollado una de las mejores bandas de blues de Europa: Red House.

RED HOUSE es uno de los grupos puntales dentro del Blues estatal , y firme aval si lo que se busca es diversión , calidad creativa y un potente directo sobre el escenario.

RED HOUSE es el resultado de una larga experiencia y amistad entre Jeff Espinoza y Francisco Simón, nacido de las inquietudes musicales de ambos, que les lleva a explorar todo el ámbito de música de raiz americana.

Nacido en el año 1997 con el debut de su disco homónimo “RED HOUSE”. Se han prodigado en estos últimos años con otros cinco álbumes más: “HOLD ON”, “RED HOUSE CAPTURED LIVE”, “RATTLESNAKE ROAD”, “CHIHUAHUA BOOGIE” y ahora con “RED HOUSE HITS 1997-2012” con las mejores críticas por parte de la prensa especializada.

Remontándonos en el tiempo nos encontramos a sus integrantes formando parte de bandas tan emblemáticas como “FLYING GALLARDOS” o “BOOGIE CHILDREN” donde ya se adentraban en terrenos de música de raiz AMERICANA o FUSIÓN.

Fruto de aquellas vivencias hoy en día RED HOUSE es el grupo idóneo donde tiene cabida desde el FUNKY-SOUL hasta el HILLBILLY, pero siempre con ese “BLUESY TOUCH” que tan bien les define y les caracteriza.
