The facebook Blues was a gift. I believe that God has his own way of talking through all of us and there is a message in the CD. Neal Wyms spent most of his musical life playing electric bass and keyboards.Playing behind a few well known artist such as Clarence Carter and Willian Bell ans also touring with Speech (lead singer of Arrested development) plus many others. Born into a musical family and to a father who loved the blues, music came easy. Playing guitar however came late. It wasnt until mid 2013 that the acoustic guiter fell into his hands and within a couple of months time these magical hit songs started to pour into his mind and hands. In a two week period Neal Wyms wrote 26 songs on this guitar ( check UTUBE). and months later He recorded this whole project in another two weeks. Lack of musicians to work with forced Neal to record all the instruments himself. All the songs are real and have a life. Im sure that as you listen you will find a bit of yourself or someone you know in these songs. Most are blues, but there is also some Gospel , R&B, and Neo-Soul living here.
