Kyle Jester: Guitar/Vocals - Brent Harding: Bass - Tom Essa: Drums - Kid Ramos: Guitar on Voodoo Woman Blues - Eric Von Herzen: Harmonica

Kyle Jester on vocals & guitar, formerly with Candye Kane & Earl Thomas: I formerly played with Candye Kane, Earl Thomas, Freddie Brooks, & Thomas Yearsley of the Paladins — and I have been running my own band since 1999. My usual outfit is a 4-piece (guitar, bass, & drums with either piano or harmonica), but I also put together intimate acoustic duos and large 6- or 8-piece bands. It has always been by goal to provide a traditional, but high-energy electric blues show.

Eric “Jailhouse” Von Herzen on harmonica, recording credits include Social Distortion: Eric Jailhouse Von Herzen got his nickname directly from Mike Ness of Social Distortion...for obvious reasons going back to his younger, wilder days. Von Herzens harmonica swings from dark and melodic, to a full steam rollin' freight train that'll knock you on your ass and keep on going. Social D album credits include ~ Coulda Been Me, Drug Train & Ghost town Blues.

Brent Harding on bass, current member of Social Distortion: Harding joined Social Distortion in November 2004. His first recording with the band was re-recordings of their older material and "Far Behind", which appear on their 2007 Greatest Hits album. He also appeared on the band's seventh studio album Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes, which was released in January 2011. This would be the band's first proper studio album with Harding. Prior to joining Social Distortion, Harding was the bass player for Mike Ness during his Cheating at Solitaire tour and recorded with Ness on his second solo offering Under the Influences. His previous bands include Deke Dickerson And The Ecco-Fonics, The Eugene Edwards Band, The Lucky Stars, The Sleepwalkers and The What-Me Worry? Jug Band.

Renaud Lesire on bass on European shows, current member of the Keith Dunn Band: His feeling and approach to guitar, big tone, altered chords and powerful beat, is essential to the overall sound of the group. He provides a strong bottom punch while weaving a smooth carpet of rhythm that is the foundation for the songs.

Kyle Jester - 2 albums: Ain't No Way / After All This

I formerly played with Candye Kane, Earl Thomas, and Thomas Yearsley of the Paladins. I released an independent CD titled "Ain't No Way" in 2004 which recieved strong reviews from Living Blues and Blues Revue magazines. My musical influences stem from: Tiny Grimes to Magic Sam on guitar, to Junior Parker and Little Willie John on vocals.

I was a working musician from 1999-2007. I have 886 documented shows in my database, but there are still a few months missing that included a long European tour with Candye Kane. I've tried hard to recover those dates to no avail. Music was my primary career until I became a full-time student. Then I moved to Chicago in 2007 and found consistent paychecks with Whole Foods Market. From the beginning I was under the impression that having a day job would only take away from the incentive to book and play shows as much as possible. Now that a day job is taking so much of my time, this theory has been proven -- I don't have the time or energy to front a band. When I did have my own band I tried to recreate authentic, west-side Chicago blues as best I could with high energy levels. For variation I would stray from the Magic Sam and Otis Rush vein and cover tunes by Roy Brown, Junior Parker, Frankie Lee Sims, Elmore James, Jimmy Witherspoon, Johnny Guitar Watson, and Guitar Slim... just to name a few.

I started out in 1999 as the the front man and founder of The Tri-Tones (February 3rd, 1999 - July 18th, 2001). This was my first power trio of many to come. I played with Vladimir Yarrovinsky on drums and Thomas Yearsley of the Paladins on upright bass all over San Diego and north county... any club that would have us pretty much which turned out to be 4-5 nights a week.
