A sweet mixture of rock, blues, and psychedelia, The Blind Honey Bees combine the essence of each musician’s unique nectar to deliver an electrostatic charge to the listener’s ear and taste buds. The deep, driving bass lines and precise drum technique provide a solid foundation for the Blind Honey Bees’ intriguing electric guitar style, complementing their vocal melodies which relate to universally specific themes.

Singer/Songwriter Moses James and guitarist Matt Zehr started Blind Honey Bees after discovering their shared desire to create meaningful music, and quickly found themselves on the same musical page. They were then joined by Ryan Stegner, a local hip-hop dancer, eager to infuse the Blind Honey Bees music with his finely sharpened drum beats. Zehr’s friend Casey Ritter, a fellow Belmont graduate and commercial bassist, was the missing piece that caramelized the sound of The Blind Honey Bees.
