Frank Bjørdal & His Bluesrevue is currently one of Norway's most exciting blues bands. The band appears as a genuine revival of the swing and rhythm 'n' blues bands from the 50s. With clear references to artists like T-Bone Walker, Gatemouth Brown, Pee Wee Crayton, Little Richard, B.B. King and Bobby Bland, this band takes you back to a time when dancing shoes, short skirts and tuxedos was the thing.
In other words, "Still Learning The Game" is an album filled with energy which, with the exception of two songs, contains only original material. Frank Bjørdal & His Bluesrevue has enjoyed great success since its inception in 2008, and has headlined many blues festivals around the country.
