For the Joris Hering Blues Band 2015 is a significant year, because the band is celebrating its tenth anniversary. And just in time for the anniversary brings the power blues trio from Berlin Weissensee to two Live plates his first studio album entitled "On the Road" out. With the album, the band offers evidence that it is still possible to sound independent and unmistakable as Blue Band. Contributing to that thirteen of the fifteen songs written by Joris Hering originate. In known Blue standards that clearly fit the live program of the band, is deliberately dispensed with "Move".

The fully held in German language album touches with his lyrics mostly everyday issues of people in this country. Stylistically ranging album of snotty Power blues to swinging Old Time Blues to purist acoustic pieces. the whole is also enlivened by the appearance of some guests who add the sound more facets. "Move" is a seasoned band that knows what she wants and obviously much still intends.~Translated from German text.
