Hi Folks. I started playing music on these pieces of wood with wires stretched across them called guitars, 50 years ago. I started writing songs in the early 1970's. I've been travelling around the Southeast eating peanut butter(with jelly on good weeks) for a long time. I started playing slide guitar after being inspired by the late Duane Allman. I've done front shows for Steppenwolf, Canned Heat, Flo & Eddie, Zombies, and Dickie Betts and Barry Oakley when they played in The 2nd Coming (Pre- Allman Bros). I was hired by the Underground Rock band Cactus, after Steve Gaines left to play in Leonard Skinnard. I recorded my latest 10 song CD by myself, singing and playing ALL the instuments.Thanks to the support of my many friends (some call them fans), I have new life and new fire to write and perform. I CAN'T stop. "This isn't just what I do, its who I am". I pursue my unknown destiny, expecting to witness a yet unseen miracle. In other words: I'M JUST AN OLD CLOWN STILL LOOKING FOR THE CIRCUS.
