HIGHWAY 61 rolls on for over 800 long miles, all the way from the Mississippi Delta to the Windy City of Chicago. This road is Known as the Blues Highway, because it carried so many of the outh's Blues legends from their roots in towns like larksdale and Greenville all the way to the big city. Their original music went through some interesting changes along the way.
GREG BARKER AND HIGHWAY 61 are Bluesmen who have managed to capture the many flavors and styles of that long stretch of highway.
