The Downtown Alligators is a band from Madrid, known for one of the hottest live shows on the national scene. Since they began their journey back in 2007, they have released several albums and have collaborated with names such as Tonky de la Peña, Marcos Coll, Ñaco Goñi and Luis Martín de los Ronaldos to name a few.

The Alligators are five guys in love with black rhythms and North American music. They are fronted by Carlos García, with an authentic and powerful voice, who is well supported by Jorge Lera's swinging harmonica and by Luis Resina's suggestive guitar phrasing. All this cooked on a base of groove, precision and power, with a lot of rhythm and flavor, which are handled by Adolfo Carrera on bass and Javier Planelles on drums.

With a wide, dynamic and varied repertoire, with themes from the greats of rthythm and blues (B.B. King, Ray Charles, Ike Turner, Little Milton ...), and the occasional song from their own harvest, they get people to dance and enjoy during their almost two hours live shows.
