He was born & lived on the East Coast, served in the Army infantry & worked all kinds of jobs, including schoolteacher. After he raised his family, he got the restless itch to perform. That itch drove him to Los Angeles. In 2013 you’ll find 70-year old Scarborough street –singing in LA. He don’t sell out & he won’t sell out. He delivers music his own way.
