Seattle Women in R&B consists of the top women blues singers in the Northwest.
The group includes...
the legendary Kathi McDonald (Ike & Tina Turner, Leon Russel, Elton John, Rolling Stones, Buddy Guy and Big Brother and the Holding Company)
Kate Hart (Nominated for WC Handy's, and dozens of Regional Awards, managed by the legendary Dick Waterman of Bonnie Raitt and Son House fame)
Duffy Bishop (has been nominated and won more awards than any other entertainer in the area) and
Merrilee Rush (huge hit with Angel in the Morning).

This compilation is a retrospect of shows and studio work the women have participated in over the last ten years. Including the ladies singing back-up there are over twelve women featured on this CD. It is the Who's Who of the Northwest.

This is better than going to church! It is an irreverent service held by women who know WE ARE NOT GOOD GIRLS!!!!!!
