DEEPBLUESAND: An eclectic mix of diverse musical influences spanning rock, jazz, alternative, Americana, DEEPLY infused with blues.

Sandeep Hunjan: I'm an English-born, British singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and recording artist of Indian origin, living in America for half my life. Much of my writing flows in the vein of blues, but my diverse musical influences also embrace Americana, alternative, rock, jazz, electronica, making it impossible for me to stick to a specific genre and impossible to peg me down. I'm a physicist by trade, but for decades described myself as an artist trapped in the body of a physicist. It's time for the artist to take flight!

My lyrics are unflinchingly candid and personal, yet explore universal themes inspired by the range and richness of this roller-coaster life we all lead. If you listen to my songs you will hear stories of redemption, vindication, love, political commentary, disillusionment, spirituality, enlightenment, confessions, and more. You can hear many of the songs from the first album on this site and clips of future albums. I hope you resonate with some of them. Thanks for listening and enjoy!

Daniel Perez: is the Drummer protegee. At age 4 winner of a national composition award, 2004 CAN award winner for best musician recording, EMI artist, endorsed by Genesis drums. He must be heard to be believed. New to the Houston music scene, but his drumming is taking over like an inferno as he completes 3 albums this year alone. This man is on fire and plays from his spiritual soul. His contributions to each song are completely unique and create the feeling, direction, and rhythm of each tune in his own completely unique style.

Larry Evans: Producer and bass player extraordinaire!! They may come to hear the music but their ass will be moving to the bass! The most well known and popular Blues bassist in Houston due to 3 decades of grinding it out. His musical knowledge is endless and production skill are shockingly awesome - listen to "Dogs of War" and you will understand exactly what I mean. He has played with everyone in the Houston Blues music scene and this is why I knew early on I wanted him as part of this project
