"Soulify Girl" is the fourth studio album published by Big Yuyu, a Majorcan blues group that is not limited to repeating versions of classics of the genre in their concerts, but uses its time to compose new themes with which to revitalize a style that, incidentally, has evolved little in the last 50 years ...
The album has been recorded in analog and mixed in Sa Grave Estudi (Mallorca) and mastered by Mario G. Alberni in Kadifornia Mastering of Puerto de Santa María in Cádiz. The artwork has been carried out by Joan Garau. "Soulify Girl" is composed of ten songs that capture the sound and the refined style that the band has acquired throughout its more than ten years of experience and nearly three thousand live performances, not only in its native Mallorca, where they are lavished assiduously, but throughout the length and breadth of the national geography and part of the international. For this new work they have counted on the production of Santi Campillo (M-Clan, Los Rebeldes, Jolly Jumper ...), which has contributed its know-how and its long trajectory in each of the tracks, besides leaving the detail of a Exciting guitar solo in the southern "I Believe". (Translated from Spanish.)
